So based just on location and no real recommendation, we decided to give it a try. Wow!! The customer service is top notch! They took good care of us, and sat us immediately. Yes... yes I know... Instill get looks when ladies see me sitting down getting a back massage in the chairs and a mean pedicure, but screw it, I say! It's actually more and more common these days, as it's great bonding time with my Queen AND I get my feet to looking and feeling better. Anyway, the place offers a type of calm and serenity, even with a stocked mini bar, which we took advantage of. The pedicure came with a bit of a foot and leg massage and man... that was the best part!! Felt amazing. I do think my gal went a little clip happy on my nails, but you know what? They should and would know what's best for my toenails and I just went with it. Long story short, we enjoyed our down time with a drink, conversations, chair massages, and excellent service. During my pedicure, a tube inside the bowl became extremely hot and burned the bottom of my foot. I mentioned it twice, but it wasn't removed. I now have a painful blister. My daughter's feet were also burned from water that was far too hot and left her sore afterward. We were never offered a drink while other customers were, and the manager/owner rolled his eyes when we checked in. Due to the lack of care, safety, and professionalism, I will not be returning despite being a customer for over a year.
