I have gone in for a mani/pedi and got the pedi done very quick, with no one in there, then all of a sudden a bunch of women come in as a group and take up all the nail techs because they have an appts so I'm expected to wait for my mani. Maybe they should limit the group sizes in order to keep a tech available for those of us that were already there. Most of the time, I won't wait and just leave and go to another nail salon, since there is no discount for doing a mani and pedi, there is no incentive to wait. Sometimes they offer wine, but they were out of that the afternoon when I went.
