I have gone in for a mani/pedi and got the pedi done very quick, with no one in there, then all of a sudden a bunch of women come in as a group and take up all the nail techs because they have an appts so I'm expected to wait for my mani. Maybe they should limit the group sizes in order to keep a tech available for those of us that were already there. Most of the time, I won't wait and just leave and go to another nail salon, since there is no discount for doing a mani and pedi, there is no incentive to wait. My mom & I had manicures, 2 days later I chip my nail and mom's nail polish was fading (almost like an ombré). I made us a pedicure appointment a few days later and asked if they could fix our nails. They were friendly and said absolutely! Not only did they fix my nail but freshened up the rest of the nails too. They totally did my mom's nails a different color, she absolutely loved the color. The following day after pedicures my mom fell and messed up 2 of her polished toes. I took her in and asked them would you mind fixing her toes. And again they were happy to do it! Sometimes they offer wine, but they were out of that the afternoon when I went.
