I have been using spa nails for a long time. They do a great job! the Only thing is I wish they would make it appointment only OR no appointments, just first come, first serve. I have gone in for a mani/pedi and got the pedi done very quick, with no one in there, then all of a sudden a bunch of women come in as a group and take up all the nail techs because they have an appts so I'm expected to wait for my mani. Maybe they should limit the group sizes in order to keep a tech available for those of us that were already there. Most of the time, I won't wait and just leave and go to another nail salon, since there is no discount for doing a mani and pedi, there is no incentive to wait. SO I CALL AND ASK IF ANY Availability they had for pedicure... she said 35 minutes i said okay my name is ...... and I went I got there and I told her who I was . when they asked me what I want I SAID WHITE FRENCH TIPS . with a basic design. she charged me 80 $ for something I had no clue what I wasn't even looking at . ..... The lady doing my husband's pedicure was more interested in talking than doing his pedicure. Spent 25 minutes of it just laying her hands on his feet. I have more polish on my skin than on my toes. read more

This was our first time to visit Spa Nails. First entering it's not fancy. We were greeted quickly and seated in a pedicure chair. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the massage part of them was kinda painful. Technician worked quickly and was skillful. My wife felt like her technician was in a hurry and she felt like she could have done better. read more

My friend and I went in a few days ago to get our nails done for prom and were just unhappy with the over all experience. They weren't very gentle and cut my hand multiple times, now I've gotten my nails done multiple times so I understand if it happens on accident maybe once or twice but this had to have been atleast every other nail. Later my friend reverted they had filed a part of her finger to remove some of the polish that had gotten on it... there was a red gash left. I also asked for a 3 d flower design to be done and had an example picture pulled up for the tech who was doing it, now I wasn't expecting it tho be exactly like the picture but the end results really weren't great and originally they were asking for $20 for it. I would have much rather have been told that she wouldn't be able to than to be stuck with a sloppy mess. Neither of us will be returning. read more

This is the only nail salon I've used in years, but my last service was ridiculous. I went in with a friend and instead of one tech working on her and another working on me (there were available techs) they decided I would wait until she was done and the same tech would do mine and the free techs started on people who came in after us. I showed a picture of what I was wanting to the owner when I realized she wasn't working on anyone and she just looked at me and said "yeah, she'll do it". A little annoying, but I waited anyways because, like I said, it's the only place I've used for as long as I can remember. About an hour passes and finally they start removing my nails and beginning my new set. About halfway thru more customers enter and my tech stops what she's doing and goes to help them. She had 3 others in and out before she ever came and finished my nails. I received no apology for my wait, no reduction in the price, only a "I'll be back" before waiting another 45 minutes before she started back up. When she finally got back to me she didn't even acknowledge how long I had been sitting there, and she started painting my nails in a rush. When she moved my hand to the side to switch nails she rubbed off paint on another and started acting angry and saying I needed to be careful and that I had messed it up. The visit ended up being about 2 and a half hours. I will not be returning. read more

I don't like to write negative reviews and must always remember I am from a big city where we have the best of everything, but, I have been to nail salons in small towns and plenty of them are 4 or 5 star worthy. Not terrible but wouldn't go back. Waited 30 minutes with feet in lukewarm water before they got to me. The guy who finally decided to give me a pedicure did just the absolute minimum he could get away with. My toes and feet weren't that bad, its clear i get regular pedis. Paint job was sloppy also. Then they charged be $25 for 15 minutes of service. Their previous name was Star nails, didn't bother to change literature, just put stickers over brochure. read more

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I can't let this one slide by. I give it a "Negative 5 Stars"! This was THE worst pedicure and manicure service I've ever had. My mother has gone there and liked it in the past, so we decided to go together. None of the same employees she had seen or used. They rushed our pedis and the two techs stopped and talked to each other quite frequently. I had a basic manicure with no polish...I had to pull my nail file out while I was waiting for my mother to be done and re-file my nails! Then they charged me $20 for it. Spa Nails is open on Sunday afternoon and this is great for working women. Shop is very clean and has nice decor. You cannot go wrong with Phela for nails and her husband for pedicures. I would advise anyone to stay away from Andy at the first station. He is rough and arrogant and does a poor job. He constantly talks on his cell phone peppering his conversation with profanity. He and his wife bring their little girl to the shop and she is constantly into something. One time when I was having my nails done she screamed and laid on the floor the whole time having a temper fit. . Not a very relaxing atmosphere. I would give Phela and her husband 5 stars but the obnoxious Andy brings it down to three stars and the spoiled little girl takes it down one more. read more
