My mom & I had manicures, 2 days later I chip my nail and mom's nail polish was fading (almost like an ombré). I made us a pedicure appointment a few days later and asked if they could fix our nails. They were friendly and said absolutely! Not only did they fix my nail but freshened up the rest of the nails too. They totally did my mom's nails a different color, she absolutely loved the color. The following day after pedicures my mom fell and messed up 2 of her polished toes. I took her in and asked them would you mind fixing her toes. And again they were happy to do it! They are caring people and asked if she was ok. I will definitely go again! Thanks girls! Y'all are awesome!

Emily MacKenzie does a great job with cut and color. One of her colleagues told me this is the only full-service salon in Athens. My mom comes here to dye her eyelashes, they also do mani/pedi nail stuff, massages, waxing, etc. During the times of waiting for the coloring to set in, they let me sip on a strawberry margarita they made in the other room. Sometimes they offer wine, but they were out of that the afternoon when I went. I would love to return here again for more, since they weren't as crowded and busy as Osmosis, maybe because they are a little more off of a main road in Athens.

Maybe they should limit the group sizes in order to keep a tech available for those of us that were already there. Most of the time, I won't wait and just leave and go to another nail salon, since there is no discount for doing a mani and pedi, there is no incentive to wait.
