Emily MacKenzie does a great job with cut and color. One of her colleagues told me this is the only full-service salon in Athens. My mom comes here to dye her eyelashes, they also do mani/pedi nail stuff, massages, waxing, etc. During the times of waiting for the coloring to set in, they let me sip on a strawberry margarita they made in the other room. Sometimes they offer wine, but they were out of that the afternoon when I went. I would love to return here again for more, since they weren't as crowded and busy as Osmosis, maybe because they are a little more off of a main road in Athens.

BAD, BAD, BAD! This has got to be the worst place I've ever been to get a haircut, and this is not…read morebased on one visit. First the wait time is ridiculous and second the stylists are slow, 15 minutes is the average time to cut someone's hair, and when you sign in, that's how it's estimated, they had a stylist take 40 minutes to shave a half balding guy, The intentionally, slow stylist, who needs a lesson in customer service, was unprofessional, and was goofing off on purpose, hoping people would leave and everyone knew it, also she doesn't cut hair very well, worst hair cut ever, horrible. And yes I was complaining about the wait, as were others, almost 2 hours for a haircut is ridiculous, and unacceptable, and had nothing to do with being short handed. And that was after an hour wait, and a text telling you to walk right in, it'll be 15 minutes. This was not the first time I've been there, this place has constantly demonstrated that it's poorly managed, and they don't care who they hire. People were walking out both times I was there, and complaining about how slow the stylist were. I do not recommend this place, avoid it and you'll have one less aggravation in your life, and a lot less stupid to deal with, that is of course, unless you want your head shaved.
