It was my mom's first time ever getting a professional massage & she was nervous, not knowing quite what to expect. Martha took the time to give her a tour of the facility & explain the process. Martha also put us at ease by chatting with us the whole time (AND she did a fantastic job of working out some of the knots on my back). I think she even went over the 30 minutes I was allotted but did not charge extra. Not only that but it was very inexpensive in the first place. We were charged about 1/2 of what I've seen other spas charge. Hooray for a relaxing & wonderful experience. I can't wait to return!

Two weeks later I called in and asked if the product may have been over diluted or if my injector may have been new. The manager on the phone said the injector is not new and that she's also the owner. Being that I will need to go elsewhere to have my forehead injected once again, I asked for my money back to go towards Botox somewhere else. The manager said no and suggested I come in to speak with the owner/injector. So we scheduled an appointment for me to travel back to Gun Barrel City to only find out the injector wasn't there to meet me for the appointment that was scheduled! The manager said she couldn't see what I was talking about and offered half of my money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR BOTOX. GO SOMEWHERE ELES.

Even though my birth plan had to be dramatically altered due to medical complications, she helped tremendously to give me back some autonomy over the process and coached me and my husband to overcome labor pains without resorting to medication. I was skeptical of doulas prior to working with Jenn, especially since I gave birth once before without one, but she is truly amazing and made my second birth even better and more relaxing than my first. I highly recommend her!
