Maybe they should limit the group sizes in order to keep a tech available for those of us that were already there. Most of the time, I won't wait and just leave and go to another nail salon, since there is no discount for doing a mani and pedi, there is no incentive to wait. Sometimes they offer wine, but they were out of that the afternoon when I went.
