Yes they do require 24 hour cancellation for a refund which is clearly stated at least twice when schedule your appointment online, which is the only way to book an appointment. Your technician focuses solely on you...no jumping up to answer the phone or deal with "walk ins." Their policy is necessary as they work by appointment only, especially with the time they take with each client! So if you have trouble planning ahead or using a credit card to book an appointment, this is not the salon for you.
