I got a call the morning of his appointment day stating they had consulted with their doctor and don't think they can treat him due to his disability and lack of pain tolerance! I told them I was disappointed and that they should not assume someone with an intellectual disability has a low pain tolerance. I told them his brother has the same disability and a VERY HIGH pain tolerance. He didn't even complain about a huge abscess above his molar! Caught it with a panoram X-ray. My son does very well with pre meds for dental work yet this place would not even go through with the spot trial like we agreed to. Not impressed.

The stylist cut off six inches. I didn't catch it in the salon because I trust her, and she finished my hair in curls, so I assumed it looked shorter because of the styling. I later checked my hair length after the curls had fallen, then measuring to where my hair reached previously and found a six inch difference. A trim is one to two inches. My hair is also very healthy, so there were no damaged ends that would have justified removing that much. It will take me over a year to grow this back. I won't be returning.

I made my initial appointment and the week before that appointment, I received a call from the office that they had to cancel because the woman who did the laser hair removal had walked out and they had no one to replace her at the time. I proceeded to make a few appointments after that and each time as the appointment was approaching I was called and told that they had no on to do it. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. This is very unprofessional and they have basically stolen several hundred of dollars from me as I was never able to use a single appointment due to their spa canceling on me.
