This was not my first brazilian wax, but it was my first time getting this service at this…read morelocation. I understand this service is expected to be painful, but this was extremely uncomfortable compared to other times i've received this service elsewhere. The way strips kept breaking, and it felt rushed. Additionally, I was left with random patches of hair throughout the area, not leaving me smooth like I had hoped. This caused further irritation as I had to shave this off myself after. My skin has never felt so inflamed and irritated after a wax like this in my life.

She was very professional and it was very relaxing. I have had one other facial done in the past and I will only have one done again by Amber. My face feels so smooth and well hydrated after just one treatment with Amber. She has won my business and I will be referring other to have Amber take care of their skin also. She deserves a 10 star from me! Thank you very much Amber! See you again soon!

I had taken my adult disabled son here for a consult for hair removal in his face. I was given a…read morefollow up appointment for spot test to see how he handled it. I got a call the morning of his appointment day stating they had consulted with their doctor and don't think they can treat him due to his disability and lack of pain tolerance! I told them I was disappointed and that they should not assume someone with an intellectual disability has a low pain tolerance. I told them his brother has the same disability and a VERY HIGH pain tolerance. He didn't even complain about a huge abscess above his molar! Caught it with a panoram X-ray. My son does very well with pre meds for dental work yet this place would not even go through with the spot trial like we agreed to. Not impressed.

I've been a client here for years and never had a problem, which is why this was so disappointing…read more At my most recent appointment I asked for a trim and made it clear, as I always do, that I did not want length taken off. The stylist cut off six inches. I didn't catch it in the salon because I trust her, and she finished my hair in curls, so I assumed it looked shorter because of the styling. I later checked my hair length after the curls had fallen, then measuring to where my hair reached previously and found a six inch difference. A trim is one to two inches. My hair is also very healthy, so there were no damaged ends that would have justified removing that much. It will take me over a year to grow this back. I won't be returning.

It is hard to believe all of the good reviews on this business. I was in there this week for a…read morenail dip and a pedicure. The nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing but it didn't turn out bad. However, I told Frankie who did my pedicure that I wanted the $35 pedicure. I even showed him the picture on the brochure. I am a retired sr and have to account for all of my extras. So it was a SHOCK when they told me my pedicure was $55!! I guess he used a gel but no he did not tell me or ask me about it. I was so upset. Even the dip was $50 instead of $45. It seems like this place just tries to steal money from their customers. I normally leave a $20 tip but I couldn't today because of the overcharge. This is definitely the LAST time I will visit them!
