Do not use this office. Edited at the bottom with important info…read more My husband and I both went here for a couple years. This week (in December) he went for a regular visit. We have good PPO insurance and our deductible is met obviously considering its the end of the year. They made him pay $171 for the visit. He tried to tell them it couldn't be right but they wouldn't listen. He left and called blue cross who called them and they said he should have been charged 26$ so blue cross called epiphany and told them that. They said they refunded it. Well refund never came and they never gave an amount. I called today and waited on hold for billing for 20 minutes once I got billing here is what I was told. A lot of the time they can't pull it up to find out what insurance says is owed or if deductible is met. Front desk and billing are not allowed to process refunds so all the girl could do is send a note to billing and they did nothing with it because according to the billing person "they can't process them either." She had to ask a manager or something to be able to refund the large amount owed back. I have health issues and go to docs constantly and ive never seen anything like this. Most offices run your insurance before you even get there. Epiphany waited till check out and apparently "aren't able to pull it up a lot of the time." And then no one can refund it and they also ignore the fact a refund is owed because they can't process it. Not going to deal with this again. I spent 35 minutes on the phone and this was my 4th time trying to get someone that could help. Edited to add that they harass you after you write an honest review. When the billing girl said all of this I asked for clarification repeatedly and told her if this is really how they operate I would share a review and she said it was. Theres two locations and initially I put the review on the wrong one. They called, I immediately fixed it. Following that they called my husband 6 times asking him to have me take it down. How about you work on fixing the issues in your business instead of harassing someone that shared their honest experience.

I saw Dr Lambert 3 years ago and had a good experience, but clearly this practice has become like…read moreso many of the medical facilities in Tyler, money driven to survive. I had a terrible experience with the PA Named Paige, a young woman who looks as if she stepped out of high school and clearly has no experience in this field. Here is my review of my appointment yesterday: Worst experience with a dermatologist ever. The PA was incompetent and fairly arrogant. She took a Quick Look at my forehead and began to tell me options like burn it off, cut it out, all available after saying it COULD be precancerous. For her to immediately start listing money making procedures without really examining me felt very wrong. Then she put the decision back in my lap, basically to tell her what I wanted done. How could I know without a more thorough explanation of what was going on? We had been together all of 5 minutes. I questioned her about maybe it was this or that...she argued that it was not this because of scales.....but nothing else. I wanted to ask about chlorine from swimming as our pool had been heavily treated recently, but there was o discussing ideas with her. After a brief pause, she asks me to decide what I wanted to do, I asked her," are you asking me to diagnose and decide treatment?" She answered somewhat annoyed, " Well, I can decide for you." I did not have enough information to answer her question so we sat In awkward silence for a few moments. Then she offered to prescribe a steroid cream, At that point, I told her I did not feel comfortable with her and would be going elsewhere. We left immediately. I did not really want to see a PA, but was told at the time of making the appointment that Dr. Lambert was not available. This place will be loosing a lot more patients if you push them off on this PA.

The gentleman that helped me over the phone was very unfriendly and made me feel as if I was bothering him. I wasn't understanding the concept of having to transfer massages from my home location in Tyler, and he gave me more attitude about it than I could deal with. After I got off the phone with him I called the Tyler location to see if they could help me. I was lucky enough to have Kayla answer my call, and she was as friendly as can be. She understood that the transferring can be confusing sometimes and was more than happy to help me. I explained my experience with West Village, and she sounded genuinely bothered by it. So, she asked me for the number I called and the date and time I wanted for that location. She was going to schedule the appointments for me! She called me back shortly after, and, although she couldn't schedule the appointments for me due to differing policies, I was highly impressed with her customer service. Thank you, Kayla!

No one will get in contact with me about this issue after several attempts. My husband booked me a Mother's Day gift here as a surprise. They promised him they wouldn't notify me. They did, 3 times in fact. He has everything arranged to be handled so that all I had to do was show up and leave. I show up, I'm called back a few minutes after my appointment time. My massage only covered my back, the back of my legs, the back of my neck and my feet. Not my arms, not the front of my legs, not my shoulders, etc. My massage was over and I was fully dressed 45min after my appointment time. Not 45 min after I was called back. -Yes I'm aware of the 50min massage time and 10min to dress.- I did not get that at all. Matter of fact I lost over 20% of the time that I paid for. When you pay for someone's time you expect to get just that and all of the services that you pay for. But it doesn't stop here. I go to leave and they ask me how I want to pay. I'm completely confused and ask them what they mean because it was suppose to be paid for. She said yes he called and put the card on file I just want to make sure. And I'm like... well then yes. Then she asks me how much for the tip. I'm confused because I thought this was handled as well. I told her I can't just authorize someone else's money like that. She looks at me puzzled then I just tell her okay I'll just pay for it because I'm not going to use my husbands card and authorize an amount that he hasn't authorized. Then she says okay we will do 2 separate transactions. I'm confused all over again, because why was it such a big deal if I could pay the tip separately. This became a big ordeal. She told me that they've been having issues with the employees cutting people's time and she would have a manager reach out. I called my husband when I left he told me that it was all suppose to have been handled including the tip that it was arranged ahead of time and they assured him it would be special. Next day, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called, no manager available but I left a message and still haven't heard back. Every time I've called they conveniently do not have a manager available. I tried to get this issue resolved without posting a negative review but they refuse to help. I don't see how they can do business like this. Attached is a screenshot from the video I took of the time after I was dressed from my massage.
