Do not use this office. Edited at the bottom with important info…read more My husband and I both went here for a couple years. This week (in December) he went for a regular visit. We have good PPO insurance and our deductible is met obviously considering its the end of the year. They made him pay $171 for the visit. He tried to tell them it couldn't be right but they wouldn't listen. He left and called blue cross who called them and they said he should have been charged 26$ so blue cross called epiphany and told them that. They said they refunded it. Well refund never came and they never gave an amount. I called today and waited on hold for billing for 20 minutes once I got billing here is what I was told. A lot of the time they can't pull it up to find out what insurance says is owed or if deductible is met. Front desk and billing are not allowed to process refunds so all the girl could do is send a note to billing and they did nothing with it because according to the billing person "they can't process them either." She had to ask a manager or something to be able to refund the large amount owed back. I have health issues and go to docs constantly and ive never seen anything like this. Most offices run your insurance before you even get there. Epiphany waited till check out and apparently "aren't able to pull it up a lot of the time." And then no one can refund it and they also ignore the fact a refund is owed because they can't process it. Not going to deal with this again. I spent 35 minutes on the phone and this was my 4th time trying to get someone that could help. Edited to add that they harass you after you write an honest review. When the billing girl said all of this I asked for clarification repeatedly and told her if this is really how they operate I would share a review and she said it was. Theres two locations and initially I put the review on the wrong one. They called, I immediately fixed it. Following that they called my husband 6 times asking him to have me take it down. How about you work on fixing the issues in your business instead of harassing someone that shared their honest experience.

I had a terrible experience with the PA Named Paige, a young woman who looks as if she stepped out of high school and clearly has no experience in this field. Here is my review of my appointment yesterday: Worst experience with a dermatologist ever. The PA was incompetent and fairly arrogant. She took a Quick Look at my forehead and began to tell me options like burn it off, cut it out, all available after saying it COULD be precancerous. For her to immediately start listing money making procedures without really examining me felt very wrong. Then she put the decision back in my lap, basically to tell her what I wanted done. How could I know without a more thorough explanation of what was going on? We had been together all of 5 minutes. I questioned her about maybe it was this or that...she argued that it was not this because of scales.....but nothing else. I wanted to ask about chlorine from swimming as our pool had been heavily treated recently, but there was o discussing ideas with her. After a brief pause, she asks me to decide what I wanted to do, I asked her," are you asking me to diagnose and decide treatment?" She answered somewhat annoyed, " Well, I can decide for you." I did not have enough information to answer her question so we sat In awkward silence for a few moments. Then she offered to prescribe a steroid cream, At that point, I told her I did not feel comfortable with her and would be going elsewhere. We left immediately. I did not really want to see a PA, but was told at the time of making the appointment that Dr. Lambert was not available. This place will be loosing a lot more patients if you push them off on this PA.

I have been contemplating this post for two months now. I have been treated by Oak Hills Med Spa,…read more2756 Elkton Trail, Tyler, Texas, seeking assistance with weight loss through the medication Semiglutide and counsel. Cory was very nice as far as counsel goes; BUT he has been ill-informed that the medication takes several weeks to actually affect your appetite. (I've been on it for 19 weeks now, with no results.) I have contacted the compounding pharmacy (Grand Avenue Pflugerville, Texas) twice informing them that the medication has done nothing to curb my appetite. I have also informed Oak Hills (Cory) at least three times that this compounded semiglutide is not effective. I keep getting told to be patient, it will work eventually. I have questioned many people that have used a semiglutide medication compounded from OTHER pharmacies with excellent results in regard to appetite control. I have hesitated to say I've been scammed out of $620 but that is how I feel; like I've been scammed. Maybe Oak Hills is being scammed too, since they are still using this pharmacy to fill compounded, ineffective semiglutide prescriptions. I lost a net zero pounds in four and half months. This compounded medication from this pharmacy has absolutely ZERO impact on appetite control and no one in the pharmacy or Oak Hills Med Spa is acknowledging or addressing this issue for me. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OAK HILLS MED SPA TO ANYONE FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL due to the fact that they are using an ineffective medication. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND Grand Park Pharmacy at 1615 Grand Ave Pkwy #104, Pflugerville, TX 78660 for any medication or service.

I made my initial appointment and the week before that appointment, I received a call from the office that they had to cancel because the woman who did the laser hair removal had walked out and they had no one to replace her at the time. I proceeded to make a few appointments after that and each time as the appointment was approaching I was called and told that they had no on to do it. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. This is very unprofessional and they have basically stolen several hundred of dollars from me as I was never able to use a single appointment due to their spa canceling on me.
