My hair is a little fragile but she took care of it really well and created the desired results. Looking forward to exploring lashes and other things they offer at this place! I had a very hard time finding it as the gps just didn't get where it was, but it's actually just on the 69 going away from my house. Tara was VERY patient with me and sent me a dropped pin to get me out of these little streets in the middle of the forest! LOL. Thank you Tara! Highly recommend.

I understand this service is expected to be painful, but this was extremely uncomfortable compared to other times i've received this service elsewhere. The way strips kept breaking, and it felt rushed. Additionally, I was left with random patches of hair throughout the area, not leaving me smooth like I had hoped. This caused further irritation as I had to shave this off myself after. My skin has never felt so inflamed and irritated after a wax like this in my life.

NEVER PAY CASH OR GIVE BANKING INFO. They continued to charge my card after the COVID 19 when they were closed. Left Facebook messages and tried calling but of course, time and time again the convent MAILBOX IS FULL recording. After they opened back up I went into complain, Leigh said at the end of the week she would take care of the refund, ya what a joke. I called the next week and asked where was my refund, she forgot and was busy and asked what was my issue again. Really!! No decent business is going to continue to neglect issues for months of Facebook messages and in person complaints. I have been told corporate will call me and take care of it. Well corporate has yet to ever reach out and don't try to leave a message you will get a full mailbox. After they get your money you are screwed. I had enough after 2 months of fighting with them so I filed a dispute with the credit card company. I will be getting my money back. The management sucks and they are full of excuses.
