My hair is a little fragile but she took care of it really well and created the desired results. Looking forward to exploring lashes and other things they offer at this place! I had a very hard time finding it as the gps just didn't get where it was, but it's actually just on the 69 going away from my house. Tara was VERY patient with me and sent me a dropped pin to get me out of these little streets in the middle of the forest! LOL. Thank you Tara! Highly recommend.

I have only used one nail salon for 9+ years, but when they closed down I didn't know where to go…read more I went to one salon and the lady was deplorable! She didn't listen to ANYTHING I said, and filed my nails so much that my fingers were bleeding. After dealing with that horrid place, I found D'Lux Nail Spa! The nail tech was very gentle with my raw torn up fingers. She did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them done and here it is over 1 month later, not one of my nails has lifted, NOT ONE! The people that work here listen to their clients and are very sweet. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new place!

First time here the other day. Had a pedi and dip nails done by Kim…read more Dip nails turned out well, although I had some badly shaped nails that I mentioned needed fixing. She said she would after dip. Most are fine, but one I had to file myself later. Also, she left a channel of adhesive and dip beside one nail that I had to file. Ok I'm updating this review cuz I'm just mad now! I didn't have my glasses on when she did my toes 2 days ago. I just took a close look at my pedicure and it's horrible! 1: she had to get pliers to open polish. 2: she added thinner to it. 3: I ended up with a bumpy mess on my toe nails 4: she forgot I wanted design, but glad I didn't pay for that to be put in top of a mess. 5: big toe polish is already CHIPPING off. I had design on there when I walked in that was still perfect and NO CHIPPING from pedicure that was 5 weeks ago ( done by Star at Hawaii Nail Bar). Every nail tech knows that polish can go bad. Shop owner should be checking bottles for liquidity and flow. Technician sure as hell saw this while she was doing my pedicure, or she needs better glasses! Wont return

The owner Alex was awesome with lashes and the brows. I ran into a huge problem when I tried to…read morereschedule. They were too busy to get me in for my 3 week fill and wanted to charge me $175 again for a full set when they COULD get me in which was over 3 weeks. The other owner got on the phone and basically attacked me, very unprofessionally, for "giving his lash girls a hard time while he was trying to get out to see a sick relative." So he decides to call ME back when he is trying to get out to see a sick relative instead of waiting until Monday and handling this professionally? Really? And... who's decision was that? So that was the reason he gave for his bad attitude that he took out on a new client who spent over $600 on the two services I did with them. NOTHING is worth being spoken to and treated this way. It was also their scheduling limitations that caused the issue in the first place. They lost a good client and I wish I had not spent all that money with them. I'd never go back, do NOT recommend this place for anything and I feel sorry for Alex.
