Originally, I left a review saying I was a little disappointed with my experience. Less than twenty four hours after posting it, the girl reached back out and was very apologetic and kind! She offered to fix anything missed. In all honesty, I never expected to get a response for a review - it's never happened to me before haha! I understand this service is expected to be painful, but this was extremely uncomfortable compared to other times i've received this service elsewhere. The way strips kept breaking, and it felt rushed. Additionally, I was left with random patches of hair throughout the area, not leaving me smooth like I had hoped. This caused further irritation as I had to shave this off myself after. My skin has never felt so inflamed and irritated after a wax like this in my life.
