Monica did a fantastic job understanding what I wanteded, i just showed her an old picture, and asked her to see what she could do. I was relaxed and totally in her hands as she is the expert. It turned out way above my expectations. I am so glad I went. in addition booking the appointment online was a breeze. I will keep going back read more

I was going to give this place a second chance after my first bad experience (on my first visit the salons environment was very unprofessional, excessive amount of gossiping and judgmental comments regarding individuals. As well as my stylist not being the best at communicating with me.) Today I went in around 11:50 for an appointment set for 12 with Toni. After patiently waiting an hour and five minutes past 12 (the extra five minutes just in case). I decided to go ahead and cancel the second chance. The stylist knew I was there waiting, but no greeting or apologies on the wait at all. I hope this kind of service is not reflected onto other customers, and that this salon can improve. That being said, this definitely is not the salon for me. read more

This place is awesome! Has been for several years. All the stylist are super chill and the owner is pretty rad. They know what they are doin no matter what u want done... from ur eyelashes to ur hairs. Love love love this place. read more

My brother and mom came over here yesterday and made an appointment to get my mom a haircut. They…read morewent to several salons on the street and they were turned down, being told that no one cuts women's hair. Wait, what??? Anyway, the appointment was for 1230 today. Due to family miscommunications, we arrived late, which seemed to really annoy the stylists since they made a point of mentioning it. Seems weird, since they were literally sitting around doing nothing at that time. Yet when we informed them about the appointment, they had no clue what we were talking about, even after we gave them her name. My mom has extremely short hair and it would not have taken more than 30 minutes to cut. Not one person offered to help us out in any way. This is HORRIBLE customer service and it makes me very angry that myself and my parents were treated like this! As a 'customer', the women who work here came across as very snobbish and selfish. Fortunately we were able to get an appointment with another place, but for these stylists to not even try to help us is absolutely outrageous. I guess we weren't important enough to be considered customers, unlike the stream of people who came in after we left. Even if this was the only salon in town, I would travel miles out of my way to avoid this place. Because of these people, they made what was supposed to be a pleasant trip rather toxic.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE every stylist there! They are very good at what they do and absolutely professional! I wouldn't get my hair done ANYWHERE ELSE! DANIELLE, honey you sound down right silly. IF you honestly grabbed the wrong checkbook then why was it even a problem to get your stylist paid out of the correct account immediately? Sounds like you didn't have the money to pay for the services you received or you would have went right back up there and made the situation right! I would blast you also if I didn't get paid! And who wouldn't get the PD involved? Was she just suppose to just get screwed out of her hard work and money?
