I was getting my nails done for my WEDDING day and by end they literally had me in tears. WORST nail experience and customer service I have ever experienced. First day: The nail guy was super impatient and threatened to leave while I was deciding on my nail color. It was my first time getting my nails done and I wanted to pick the right color as it was for my wedding, however I quickly chose to go with a white dipped powder. He did a sloppy job shaping my nails and made my nail beds too thick. When I asked him politely to re-shape them better since it was for my wedding day, he started acting rude and didn't even reshape all my nails. He then proceeded to be super rough with my hands, and left an especially deep cut on my ring finger. To top it off, he painted clear coats over my ring nail WITH MY BLOOD STILL VISIBLE ON THE NAIL BED (See picture below). Second day: I went back in the next day as the gold strip they put on my finger had already come off in a span of 12 hours (which they charged $6 extra for) and to get rid of the bloody nail. The manager did not seem happy to see me back in and did the bare minimum. I mentioned how thick my nail beds looked but they only fixed the bloody nail and the replaced the gold strip with gold nail polish (for which I had previously paid extra). Third day: The white coating on my nail had come off on several fingers exposing the rough nail underneath. At this point I was over this place and went to VIP Nail Spa where they re-did my entire nails for free. My warning sign should've been when they took an hour to wax my arms and charged me $8 extra for waxing my already hairless fingers. First of all one of my ring finger nails is crooked and when I pointed it out she said "that's your finger". Straight out of an Angela Johnson skit! Cut me multiple times, continuously asking her to correct things. One of the worst sets I've ever had! She also got acrylic ALL OVER MY hands. Never coming back. The male manager was extremely unprofessional, cursed at us as soon as we came in telling us to sit the f down and get the f out of the way. The other male staff made inappropriate racial comments and jokes and complained about the service. A friend recommended but told me they weren't the nicest but that wasn't true. She did say it was pricey! That part is true. For the price paid for the manicure which wasn't more than some lotion, polish and file - don't recommend. My nails are gritty on the ends and polish placement wasn't good either. As for pedicure, same thing for price paid, gimme some paraffin wax and hot stones or something! If you want dip everything, this place is for you. Can't say I'd go back. Love! My lovely tech Anna said I arrived on a slow day- and every nail desk was occupied! Only 3 out the 20 spa/pedi chairs were taken though. I got there at 7p and (got the Lime Pie pedi and my eyebrows waxed) left at like 8:30. Anna was very thorough (I have not had my feet done in at least a year) and gentle. Country music plays on overhead speakers , it is lit nicely, and the decor is chill. I didn't order drinks or anything because I have to work later. :P There website has prices listed on it, but add a dollar or two for taxes if you are trying to plan ahead. I had the WORST experience I have ever had at a salon. I was marked off and left waiting for over 30 minutes. When I asked about being next they figured out they marked me off. Instead of being super apologetic they put me in a broken chair and told me to wait. Then they sent someone who was totally uninterested in anything I wanted. Never even offered me a drink. He gave me the pedicure I requested ( 20 minute massage I paid for wasn't received) He demanded payment before he even finished painting my toes. Paid for high end pedicures to get the dry skin cheese grated off. My boyfriend and I got the same mind you. They worked a little bit on both of our feet but you can still feel how rough they are. Annoying, considering I specifically asked what time worked for THEM, not me. After I complained they acted like the delay was unavoidable. One of the manicures did not start until 30minutes after our appointment time, when the manager had to sit down and do it. I paid for an upgraded manicure for my two older daughters. Only one of them received it. And to top it all off, I look up from my book to see that they painted my toes a completely wrong color! They were bright purple! They had to take it off and restart. the proper way to remove gel polish from nails is to soak them but when i got a pedicure from here the lady used a drill and ended up cutting my toe nail down to my skin. she left a small hole in my toenail and tried to convince me that it was there before i came and it wasnt. its extremely painful and i will never be doing business here again. i do NOT reccommend. ive also been here multiple other times and the nail technicians are rude when im asking for my nails shorter or ask them to fix my shape. they rush through the service and ive never had a positive experience here. i would definitely urge you to take your business elswhere. read more

My aunts and I got our nails and toes done for my upcoming wedding 06/12/2021. The service was great but the actually work wasn't to my satisfaction. I asked the woman to clean underneath my nails and take good care of them which she said she would and then proceeding she didn't do that. Again her customer service skills were on point. And the guy who did my toes was nice as well but after a few weeks of wearing the nails my hands began to hurt and as I tried to take them off I was in much pain only to find some of my nail was coming off! Although the idea of the fancy pedicures is nice, the execution is terrible. Where to start: 1) there are ZERO CDC guidelines being followed. No appointment required, guests standing in the small waiting area waiting for their turn, no disposable tools being used, 100%+ capacity so it seems, the list goes on. 2) we came for pedicures. First, they set a timer before beginning making it very obvious that quantity is more important than quality and that definitely showed. My sisters nails were cut crooked with a cuticle clipper (yes. Cuticle clipper, not a nail clipper). I was made bled 3 times. 2 from the drill used to get my gel polish off & once from over picking the cuticles. The tech continued to work & file them as if nothing had happened and this was normal.... 3) after letting the polish dry for 20+ minutes, my sisters polish messed up when putting her shoe on. We came back and the manager initially told her it'd be a long wait (cause there were 8+ people standing around waiting...go CDC guidelines). Luckily, after I said something loud enough for all to here, he got her back immediately to fix it. We're on vacation and came for a relaxing experience & instead regretted it. I'm unsure how they stay so busy except for the fact that they're probably the only shop not requiring appointments in Tyler. If I could give a 0 star I would. Definitely do not recommend. read more

I stopped by last minute with a friend on a Sunday... From start to finish, everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional! I felt self conscious at first because I had just got rained on, was in casual clothes and minimal makeup, but I was not treated any differently/worse. The interior was also cute and inviting, with TVs located throughout. I haven't had time to treat myself to a mani in 2 years, and Leon, who I believe is the manager, took the time to go into detail with me about different options available and was honest and friendly in the process. Although it was busy and we were walk-ins, they did their best to keep me and my friend close together. We were also offered drinks. Theo was the technician who did my nails, and he was super polite, easy to talk to, and extremely thorough. He helped recommend the best style/length for me, perfect for my tactile job. If I could give this place a negative rating, I definitely would. Went in at 1 today and didn't leave till around 5. Went in for a dip set and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life!! The lady started by aggressively yanking my hands around, but I didn't think much of it at first. Then she proceeded to cut me on BOTH sides of my nails on SIX different fingers!!! My nails were bleeding very badly and she continued to be rough with my fingers even though I told her I was in pain. Not to mention that all the while my fingers were bleeding, she continued to dip my fingers back into the dip powder, which makes me wonder how many other germs their dip powder contains. Before finishing, She had messed up on one of my thumbs and I asked her to fix it and she told me that my nails were "too wide and had too much skin" for them to look better. She also then told me that I was taking too long and costing HER money?! Even though I am the paying customer??? When she finally finished about 2 hours after me sitting down, she told me to dry for 5 minutes and she would be back. But after about 15 minutes I asked the nail tech next to me when I would be dry because she hadn't come back. So the tech next to mine had to finish up my nails and apologize for her not coming back because she just disappeared. So at this point I was very upset at my nails, not to mention they were all throbbing from being cut and were still bleeding. I asked to speak to a manager at this point, but was asked not to make a scene and just handle it after I finished my pedicure. So I proceeded to get my pedicure in the back, and asked for a different tech but at this point I was literally in tears in the chair. So the manager came over to talk to me and I explained the situation and he reassured me that it would "all be taken care of". However, that was not the case. When I went to see him at the front, he STILL MADE ME PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!! EVEN MY BLEEDING NAILS!! I was infuriated and upset and was trying to hold back tears the best I could. After a while of debating with him, I left covered in tears and still had to pay for my nails. He ended up giving me a gift card for $25 to come back on a different day, but who would want to return to a place like that?!? Not to mention, it wasn't enough to pay for the crappy nail job I got. I came here with my mother a few times before I knew about their rating on Yelp. I know the recent reviews said their experiences weren't good, so I wanted to share mine. I had a good experience every time, and I just came here again for dip powder (my first time getting those). I was satisfied with the price, which was $35. If you want to get coffin or almond shape, they said it will be a little extra, but I got square as usual. I got Linh and I absolutely LOVE her and my new nails. She took care of my worries and made me feel better, asking if I have any questions or wanted to say anything about my nails. She took great care of my nails, around the cuticles, and even double checked if the nails were straight or not. I appreciated that very much because I know some salons doesn't check if the nails are straight or not. Linh also cleaned her tools and her workstation while my nails were drying, so that is definitely a plus. I came in here all nervous but left here 100% happy and would definitely come here again! I have gone in twice and both times I haven't left very happy. Every time I go in I get a full set of the dip powder and a pedicure with chilac. I went in last over the past weekend and when I walked in there was no AC and just a little uncomfortable. The pedicure was good and it turned out nice, but every time I have gotten my nails done they rush and don't make my nail lengths even. Really enjoyed the service here. The prices are reasonable, and the manicures are near flawless. I've had two French shellac manicures here and both turned out beautifully. In addition, both times I came with two other friends. The staff were friendly and made sure that all three of us got to sit together. She never talked except to tell me it would be an extra $5 per hand to do Coffin shaped nails. This is my favorite nail spot in Tyler. They are always busy, but accommodating and friendly. The manager is Leon, he's super nice. Sometimes they run a special of a buy one at full price get the second service 50% off. I go here with friends and my daughter. Every time I come here it's a great experience and that's hard to come by. They use organic powders for the dip. The organic powders are on display at the front of the shop. It's a Hawaiian and music themed nail bar with complimentary drinks, even alcohol while you get pampered. They do manicures, gel, dip, next gen, acrylic, traditional, pedicures and eyebrow waxing as well. The pedicure seats are the massage type chairs, very relaxing. I'm always pleased with my results and have been coming here since they opened a few years ago. They have an exquisite menu of pedicures to choose from. It was my first time visiting this nail salon and I wasn't very happy with their service. My boyfriend and I walked in for manicures and they sat both of us next to each other. They were working on our nails and I was asked to wash my hand and when I came back the nail technician was moving my jacket and phone to a pedicure chair, I asked what was happening and she told me to sit, I sat on the chair and she did my nail polish on my hands while on the chair, basically in the air because there is no table for your hands. I was confused, until I noticed another girl was sitting in the chair I had been moved from. The nail technician told me to sit and wait for 10 minutes and then I was done, my boyfriend was done and came to sit by me and his nail technician cut three of his fingers past the cuticles, they had cotton on them and after he took them off, dried blood was there. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn't one, the hostess asked what I wanted and I explained I was upset over the treatment and he fact that my boyfriends nails were badly done. She said they moved me because they needed the table for another customer but didn't apologize. She was noticeably upset over my boyfriends cuts, I told her we would still pay full price for the services, I just wanted her to know I wasn't happy. She only charged full price for mine. read more

This place is wonderful! Went in at a busy time around 5:00 and was helped right away. Didn't even wait 5 min. The girl up front was extremely helpful and so nice! I did a dip manicure and pedicure and I loved the outcome of both! Jackie did my dip nails and I loved it! I just moved from Dallas and have my favorite nail tech, I was worried to go to a new salon and new person but my experience was great. The prices are amazing as well.
