I had my nails done by a different person Boy they look great except this black g crooked nail. I had to get them done by somebody different because I had an appointment I came early but twice she blew me off and had another customer in her chair. I even waited for her by jumping into a pedicure chair she still was working on the person so it ruined my day pluses I was overcharged for services I didn't even get done I walked out with a 50 pedicure and a 55$ manicure for a 155.00$ the math doesn't math. Salon is filthy and looks to be in need of remodeling. Nail Tech was reaching for latex gloves and I asked him to use nitrile gloves, as I'm Allergic to latex. Instead of using nitrile he said he wouldn't wear gloves. I wish I had left at that point. Jimmy, the tech, had dirty hands and black grime under his nails. In addition, he was rough and filed with such speed that several of my fingers were cut by the file. Now I had open tears on my skin and unclean hands doing the dip process. $50 and I'm not even a little pleased with the results. My nails look awful. I feel a refund would be appropriate. Overall not horrible but not the best. Ratings on Google, especially, were deceiving. The salon wasn't very clean and my French manicure wasn't as precise as I'd like it to be. All 3 of my trips here have been great! I get a powder dip done when I go to any nail salon and usually it is hit or miss with how thick they coat them and how long they last for. The quality at Vennetian nails can't be beat anywhere else. All three times the thickness of the nail has been perfect, and they have lasted me up to 5 weeks before I had any damage. They also tell you that you can come back in and get them fixed if anything happens to them! Jackie is amazing at what she does and an all around fun person to talk to! Everyone here is very nice and helpful, they have taken me as a walk in each time I've been and I have never even had to wait! I am sad to be moving to a different city soon because I really haven't found this level of quality anywhere else. read more

This place was incredible. I get my nails done every week in lindale but I wanted to get them done after work so I decided to give this place a try. BEST PEDICURE I have ever had!!! Not only that, they close at 7 but didn't finish my mani/pedi until 8. I never saw them frustrated or anything. They were extremely attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place! I'll be going back for sure. The plaza is going through renovations, so the building is kind of hidden, but don't let that scare you away!! This place is a 10/10!!!!! read more

This place is awful. I'd give no stars if possible. The manicurist literally made my nail bleed and refused to stop cutting my nails on the side after I told her repeatedly to stop. When I told her I was done that I didn't want her touching my nails anymore without her finishing the manicure the owner still charged me full price for their mess up $18 for bleeding cuticles and no polish or even lotion, seriously. When I told the owner that wasn't really a fair price considering it wasn't finished and the employee made my hand bleed she didn't care. I let her know the least I could do was write a review to warn people. She told me if I don't like it not to come back, literally following me out the door to talk crap when I'm the one with a bleeding finger and they don't care about reviews. DO NOT go here. read more

I have been here 2 times so far. The first time someone messed up my nails badly before I had a important event *cough cough* so a friend had recommended this place and the nail tech Sam had fixed it ENTIRELY. The nail tech at the other nail shop had even cut my finger so I had to talk to the manager and get a refund. She thankfully reshaped the gel nails and fixed with with acrylic because my nails were very lumpy. I was absolutely happy and thankful. She was very has patient and even took the curiosity to look at my dress and match the nail polish with it. This was in May and now today in August I revisited for a French pedicure and I'm still satisfied. I also got my eyebrows done which I am very picky about and she did amazing. My eyebrow hairs are thick so I normally just get the cleaned up. If you like yours that way then this is place is great for you. Prices are good and reasonable as well you don't have to spend an arm and leg like with other places. This place is in a more small and private setting so this is perfect if you don't like packed businesses and like more calmer settings. Visit this place you won't be disappointed. read more

I haven't been to the salon for a good minute. I went in two days ago and was very impressed. I was greeted right away. There are three employees and all were with clients so I was asked if I had time to wait. (They even offered to set an appointment if I had errands to run.) My errands were done so I decided to wait. I was offered a beverage and was checked in with several times during my wait to see if I needed anything. Sam did my nails. I'm super fussy and Sam listened to and fulfilled my requests with regards to nail shape and length. She took her time and was very friendly and sweet to chat with. My nails turned out *fantastic*! They are exactly the way that I like them. The polish is perfect, as are the shape and length. I'm so pleased with the service that Sam provided and I will be back over and over again. If you don't have time to wait, make an appointment. If you have time to wait, remember that the ladies take their time with each client and when they get to you they will provide you with the same time and attention to detail as they did the person before you. Went in yesterday and had a take off and a full set on, when she did the soak for the take off she used a liquid cap from a laundry detergent bottle that was dirty and a small silver serving container that was also dirty and after the soak she poured the solution back into the bottle to reuse.
