I am a regular customer. I went in Thursday morning. I prefer Tommy over the other technicians. This particular day He had a customer in his chair. As I was waiting , I was looking for my color for my nails. I don't look through the book, I just decided to look on the wall to get the color I want. Tommy then comes over to where I am and slams down the color pallet and says this is the same thing, I told him those colors are ugly and I just want to grab the color from the wall. He made such a big deal about me not using the color pallet. He said it would be quicker l. I said I don't care about that. I grabbed my color and sat down in his seat. He made me feel as though I was messing up the wall and the organization of it. I did not affect anything. The wall is not organized in the first place. I was so upset with him and how he was handling me , I started to cry. I told him I was having a good day and for him to leave me alone. I did not understand what caused him to act this way towards me. I ask for him , I tip him, and for him to treat me as though I was being a problem for him by not picking my color off of the color pallet. I came in at 5 and waited over an hour. This was no big deal to me, i respected that they were short staffed and i wasn't in a hurry to be anywhere. I could tell that the young lady who did my nails was tired and her neck hurt. These employees really work hard and try to please all their customers, despite people being demanding and inconsiderate of their hours. At 6:40, a group came in wanting 3 manis & 3 pedis. The salon closes at 7:30. I could tell the young girl was frustrated because all of that takes a pretty long time to do and there were already 4 people waiting. I think it just depends on who you get. The first nail lady I got did perfect acrylics for my prom, but when I went a second time it was terrible. The second lady gave me acrylics when I asked for dips, practically ripped my finger off and made me bleed taking off my original acrylics from prom, and then didn't even cut my overgrown ripped up nails and just glued another tip on so they peeled off from under the acrylics I didn't even want. Today I Asked for 2 pedicures and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. I put my name on the list, about 20 minutes later one lady walked around the waiting area and asked us all to point to where we were at on the list. An HOUR goes by and they had taken TWO people back for pedicures that had recently walked in the door ( no they didn't have a reservation) Total waste of time! Pissed that an hour of my day was wasted but glad I finally left and went to a different salon! This place is so trashy as well. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

I contracted a skin fungus on the majority of my fingertips per my dermatologist and even tho I only get my nails done here,had the diagnosis from a specialist as well as another nail tech, Lon at nail club was still in denial about me having a fungus and how I got it. I received rude text messages after business hours from Lon regarding his promises and reassurance to me as a customer because he couldn't handle his work load.This place is staffed with rude unprofessional employees. You call to schedule an appointment and the lady hangs up in your face without confirming the appointment. My nails get a lot of attention from the public because they are definitely beautiful but I refuse to support a business that doesn't not appreciate or value me for helping to keep their doors open. They're racist and talk about all races ESPECIALLY black in their oriental language (no disrespect to the language or people) . They treated me and my sister with so much disrespect today. NO POWDER OR ANYTHING APPLIED , just the TIP! Then the MANAGER couldn't even address the problem correctly . He kept looking down and walking away when nicely confronted about fixing the situation. I've never had such a bad nail experience. I went to get a full set and told the lady Christi I wanted long nails, she cut them short without showing me and when I commented saying I wanted them long she proceeded to tell me that it's too late to go back and that the long wouldn't look good the short looks better. While getting them done a lady with her kids in a double stroller started to whine, no one was bothered by it yet my nail lady went up to her and said something about her kids whining and said she needed to leave. Good prices for a pedicure in Tyler , $23 when other places range $30 and up. They do use the pedicure bags in the pedicure bowl for those worried about sanitation. I have never had a bad experience. They are busy on Saturday's especially in the morning but they have many pedicurist's ( don't think that is a word but you know what I mean ). This last time I waited longer than usual . Honestly I just get a pedicure from here because it's $25 for reg paint and $35 for shellac but both include the hot rocks, wax, etc which is awesome! They are ALWAYS busy so be prepared to wait or make an appointment but they always work so hard to get the customers the satisfaction. I give 3 stars because I've seen their manicures and they are not the best and they don't do matte, so that's why I don't ever get a manicure from there. I hate to be this person, but the Nail Club Salon is losing their touch. Me and my Meme used to come here all the time, get the prettiest nails and they weren't that expensive.. well I went there with my mom and two friends and we waited a little while. Which honestly wasn't a big deal, there were 4 of us and they were busy, it's expected. But when I went to go get my nails done, the man (table 4) seemed bored and like he didn't really care. He started doing my nails and cut my cuticles and my finger started bleeding, then when he did the actual nails: they were crooked, uneven, streaky and lopsided. I asked him if he wouldn't mind fixing my left hand ring finger and he just kept filing. I kindly asked him again, (thinking maybe he didn't understand me) and he huffed and puffed and started taking it off. My boyfriend wanted to do something special for me so he takes me to get my nails done and he got a pedi. I should have known it would be a disaster seeming how 4 ppl left out very upset as I waited. I signed in on the sign in sheet. The front desk man skipped over my name and called the girl that came after me. I stopped him and showed my name on the list. He told me to sit at "8" so after sitting there about 10 min, he told me to move to "7". The man on 7 damn near sliced my finger in half with the drill, I screamed "ouch" and he tried to ignore it until blood began to run down my finger. He apologized dryly and put that cut solution on it. I literally was cut down to the meat of my finger. When I went to was my hands I thought it would stop bleeding. It did for a min. Then he cut off the skin that was hanging off and it began to bleed again and he ignored it and tried to paint that nail. I said can you please not pain that until we get the bleeding to stop. He said "no no it's ok to paint" I said absolutely not! So he painted my other fingers then that 1 last and as You can see from the pic it was still bleeding. I talked to the lady at the front And as I'm talking to her the man who did my nails came over telling something to her in their native language. The lady apologized and all she took off was $3. My boyfriend and I were livid! Because it will cost me more than $3 if I have to go to the Emergency room! I should have just left when he cut me. I will never be going there again! This salon doesn't even deserve one star. As I walked into the salon it was slightly busy. Maybe 2-3 people waiting. I signed in, 20 minutes go by & no ones name gets called. Multiple have now walked in & left due to the long wait. Even the people who were in front of me. Now a bigger crowd is gathering waiting to get their nails done. A pair of girls walks in, not even 2 1/2 minutes later are seated. Not because they had an appointment but because some worker said "okay who wants to get their nails done next?" This is the second and last time I will visit this salon. Same level of service. I walk in, I get asked what service, I get put at a table and I sit...today, I had my old nails soaked. After what seemed like hours, I began to wonder if they had forgotten about me which also happened a year ago. I always see how busy they are and have heard great things so I gave them another chance. I started looking around and I think that drew attention of some of the workers. A female worker said that she would take care of me after she did a color change, then after a while, a male worker looked at my nails and said "Done." I went to his table. I was facing the large screen TV and he was facing the parking lot but that didn't stop him from totally turning around every few seconds to stare at the collegiate football game to make sure not a play was missed. Moreover, he made sure he didn't miss a score on his phone. And after his phone died, he had to stop to find his lightening charger and plug it in. And let's not forget every few seconds when the IPhone screen would go black and we have to stop providing the low level of customer service to get back to the Safari page. I tried twice to say something. First was, "So, what do you think of the Customer Service here?" He didn't get it. He just said that he had only been back two weeks and he only does this part time. My second attempt was, "This is all a bit distracting, do you think?" No answer back. Very little was said as he sliced my skin with the file or didn't bother to compare my nail heights. I tried to get others attention but to no avail. This was a sad visit and my last. I guess there are plenty of others to keep this place going. read more

Tried out this place for the first time today. Loved the prices and my nails besides one ugly hooked one. Eyebrows were a little too thin for my liking, but still okay. How we my nail tech was super rude. She rudely told me about 25 times to relax my hands. I'm sorry, but it's hard to relax when you're moving my hands in unnatural ways. To top it off, she constantly stopped what she was doing to check Facebook, text, and make phone calls. She even had on headphones and listened to music while doing my nails.
