Went in on my lunch break as a first time costumer. Sat down and got to the point where the threader asked me what I wanted. So I asked what "just clean up" meant to her. I'm glad I asked because she was going to give me rounded brows, and called me rude when I asked for arched brows (which she said she was not able to do). It was a weird conversation - I think it was mostly language barrier, but to call your would-be customer rude for asking questions is unacceptable. I politely excused myself and she sarcastically yelled "THANK YOUUUUUUU!". The whole thing was a bit comedic, but way too immature for my taste in businesses - I'll pass and continue going to my usual spot. read more

I've had a good experience here before but this time there were only two ladies I didn't know. Seema threaded my eyebrows and completely ruined them! I specifically told her not to do anything fancy and just clean up but she decided to give me a very uneven line on both brows...even after telling her she messed not once did she even say sorry! Please stop hiring people that don't know what they're doing...if you like your thick eyebrows please avoid seema! read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would... it was my first time coming to this store and for sure the last.. I usually go get my eyebrows threaded at little elm by my house and it's only 5 dollars to get my eyebrows done and they leave me with nice shaped eyebrows but here it's 10 dollars for the worst eyebrows thread I could ever have the didn't even give me a nice shape they gave me like a triangle shape they made them shorter and they're uneven. I should of read the comments before coming here. I'm so upset because I don't even know how I can cover them or make them better read more

Went for the first time today and they did a good job. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is no one told me to check in at the kiosk and I sat there for 5 minutes or so and the person who walked in behind me checked in. I had to ask the lady next to me about the checkin...long story short the person who came after me went first. read more

Been coming here for a while now, not the worst but definitely not the best. Eye brow quality fluctuates with who you get to do your eyebrows I suppose. This is the second time in a row my eyebrows came out horrible so I think it's safe to say I'm finding a new location. read more

The girl gave me a negative attitude when I told her my eyebrows were off and I gave a miniscule tip anyway, despite her unprofessionalism! I will never come back to this location. I'm a frequent customer at the SOI in Denton. It is a convenient distance for me and they give me a student discount. I can MAYBE count on one hand the amount of times I was pleased with my eyebrow service. The rest were either below average or average. What I mean by that is they either didn't give me what I asked for, but it didn't look horrible or only made a minor mistake. I like my eyebrows to look full, which is how many people want them seeing as that is the trend so that shouldn't be a difficult request. Today when I went in I had a conversation with the woman who threaded my eyebrows about how I've been trying to grow a certain spot out and I asked her to leave that alone and just clean them up a bit. When I looked in the mirror at the end of my service I was in SHOCK. My eyebrows have a completely different shape than they have ever had. I paid, walked down to my car, and literally cried. They are thin, uneven, oddly trimmed, and it looks like I attempted to thread them myself. I don't even know where to begin with the process of getting them back to the way they were. Although the employees were very nice I won't return to this location and risk a bad service again. STAY AWAY read more

I love this location. I come here for eyebrow threading and Brazilian wax. Alina always makes me feel comfortable when she does my wax and I always like the finished product. She had done my threading and waxing the last two times I have come in and I hope she is in today because I need an eyebrow threading. She is always professional and nice and doesn't make the Brazilian wax awkward. The only thing about the Loop 288 location is they are short-staffed. I usually call in advance when I want a waxing because I feel it's more courteous then a walk in but the last time it was only Alina when I walked in and there were 2 girls waiting for threading and one she was finishing up. She took my appointment because I was scheduled at 3 but I felt bad for the other two girls having to wait because a Brazilian can take 15-30 min. Luckily, the other worker came in but when I left there was an even longer wait. Maybe it would be best to have at least 3 girls working then the wait times would be shorter. read more

This was my first time threading in Denton and my last time. I said I wanted my eyebrows "kept thick and with the arch still there"... Instead my eyebrows came out super thin and super uneven. One eyebrow looks absolutely terrible. It looks like a rainbow. This is honestly the worst I've ever had my eyebrows and I will not be coming back. :( read more
