This is hands down the best place to get your eyelash extensions done! The atmosphere is very relaxing (I fall asleep almost every time) and the salon is always clean and very pretty. The multiple layer technique is the way to go. If you are going anywhere else you need to come here because you will see the difference. The lashes are mink and much more comfortable on the eyelid. And if one falls out you can't tell like the single layer method. Tiffany does my extensions and knows just how long and thick I like to keep them. I get mines filled about every 2-3 weeks and that's just because I like to maintain a certain diva look. You honestly could go 4 weeks and look great. I've been getting lash extensions for the last 6 years. I have experienced many techniques and levels of skill. Vanessa has a very light touch, which is extremely important for your comfort level. She uses Mink lashes. Super soft. And the glue she uses is the highest quality. I have extremely sensitive eyes, and in the past, I have had issues with the fumes from the glue. But, never with her... and I find that very comforting. She is also very concerned with the health of your natural lashes. Let me be clear. These are not special occasion extensions. Go every 2 to 3 weeks... some peoples lashes shed more than others... and you will NEVER have to apply mascara again. Wash your face with water and they will last without issue. I decided to give them one more try. They canceled my appointment 5 minutes before it was supposed to start. And this is the "new management"! They should have kept the old management. I normally go to the location in Frankford every 2,3 weeks, my schedule is pretty unpredictable sometime and I was not able to have an appointment there today, so I had a chance to visit this new location today dues to last minutes need. This is smaller then where I normally went but supper cozy and clean. I have so much respect for Dep Lashes chain with the way they run and manage their business. All staffs are so nice, friendly and well trained. They are consistent with their lashes style, they have all of my lashes' details on their systems so I don't have to explained too much of what I want. My new girl checked with me if I want any adjustment and she has all informations about my lashes to get start with. I did not expect so much because I know this was my first time here but I'm so happy to have my lashes filled in pretty much the same as I always had at other location. Been coming here for a year now, and still really like it! They've raised their prices a bit but they still get the job done. I come in about every 2 weeks for a refill, I normally get them very full. The past few times I went, they hadn't been as full as they used to do, I was a bit upset but they said my lashes were falling out and it was the season. So irritated I walked out of my appointment which is something I've never done before. I physically stopped in last week after reading good reviews. The person I spoke to was nice and gave me a brochure with the pricing and options. I was looking to get a new set of lashes and there are 3 styles (Natural, Glamour, Diva) with 3 levels of pricing on the brochure. She said I could discuss with my technician about which length/style would be right for me. The 3 levels on the brochure are Diva Style $150-170, the Glamour $100-$120 and the Natural $60-$80. I told her I saw online that there was a 25% off special and she confirmed that this special would work on my new set. I made the appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. There were two technicians there. The one I had motioned for me to lay down so she could immediately get started. There was no discussion on which length I needed or wanted and she didn't speak a lick of English. She then handed me a paper towel to remove my mascara (ouch). She asked the technician across the hall from her to ask me if I knew the price. The technician across the hall knew a bit more English but not enough for us to converse quickly and clearly. When I told her about discussing the length/style of lashes and the special she told me that the special only worked on the $150 set. She then told me the Glamour set was now actually $150. When I told her I had a brochure with pricing and had confirmed the special previously she also pulled out a brochure but then told me the prices had changed although the prices on her brochure matched mine. At this time I started to get up to leave but she insisted on calling someone (a manager I suppose). The conversation was on speaker but in another language and still I got the answer that the prices had changed and were not accurate on the brochure. I was done. I told them no thanks and headed for the door. They followed me out and tried to get me to stay but after such a shady and unprofessional experience I had no trust that the experience would get any better. Complete waste of my time. read more

I was about to drive off and someone from the business next door came out and told me to knock. Other customers started to arrive and were congregating in front of the door. Finally, a customer who was leaving opened the door. Several minutes later, I was told to go to the back to the first door on the left. I showed the lash stylist what I wanted which was a natural look. The stylist said she couldn't do it because I didn't have enough lashes (lol) and that she would have to do a volume look to be successful. I reiterated that I want a natural look, which she said would require singles and again she said I don't have enough lashes. The stylist again encouraged me to do volume (which I previously got at their McKinney location). I told her I wanted a more natural look and if she couldn't do it I understand and left. I normally go to the McKinney location who then called me and said they could give me the natural look if I was willing to go back in... after the lash stylist being adamant that she couldn't do it, and I already left... I declined and ended up with no lashes... buyer beware. Zero stars. read more

Maybe eyebrows are not a big priority here or something but the lady literally did a horrible job. I've been trying to grow my brows out for a few months now and went in for her to clean them up. She took about a minute to do them and left wax on my brows. I asked her if she could clean them up a little more because they were done somewhat sloppy. She got an attitude and started plucking profusely. Long story short all my months of growing them out were waisted in less than two minutes. I called in the talents of the Diva Lash Dallas, a magical place where lashes and eyebrows are their specialty. On the morning of my appointment I was admittedly nervous. I had read a few horror stories about the procedure. But, I walked in and was immediately put at ease. I was scheduled for the eyelashes extension ( which can take up to 75 minutes to apply). The vibes at Diva were calm and all around really lovely. Not to mention, I had to have my eyes taped shut. Yeah, it felt really freaky. Luckily, the technician kept warm pressure on my forehead the entire time to keep me still and soothed. The procedure didn't feel like anything. It didn't hurt, it wasn't uncomfortable, nothing. All I had to do is lie down with my eyes closed for an hour or so -- which I've been known to do for fun. Once finished, I had fluttery, customized lashes that lined my lids in the most gorgeous way. I thought I found my place. Saw Vanessa twice and loved her work. On my third appointment, a gal called me 30 minutes before my appt to confirm if I was coming (I was already on my way). I get there and was told Vanessa was off and that someone else would do my lashes. Hmm, ok, I wish I was told before I got there so I could decide if I wanted to reschedule. Since I was already there, I agreed and had my lashes done. I wish I didn't though. The quality was not the greatest. Something about it looked off. I told myself I would not see anyone else but Vanessa. I recently called to make another appt for a refill with Vanessa. I left a detailed message. After two days with no call back, I called again. Spoke to the receptionist and finally made an appointment with Vanessa. I also told the receptionist that I would like a call back if Vanessa wasn't going to be there. I did not want to see anyone else but her. I was assured that Vanessa was going to be there. The day of my appt, I left work early so that I could get there on time. When I got there, I was told Vanessa was off and that someone else could see me at 5:30 instead of 4:30. I had enough and walked out. Vanessa's work is excellent but her staff's customer service is awful. It's very unprofessional to not call customers beforehand if the selected stylist is going to be out and ask if they would like to reschedule or be seen by someone else. I made arrangements to leave work early just to make it on time to my appt. I even took the toll road when I normally avoid it due to cost so I expect Diva lashes to respect my time and keep my appt and stylist with me. You have been warned. If time isn't precious to you and you don't mind seeing someone else when you get there or have your appt delayed, then feel free to go here. I'm never going back there.
