She is all about great conversation and you don't even feel the time go by! I started with my upper lip- the laser was a little spicy but it's ten million times better now that they have this cooling machine available. I'm now getting my legs laser'd and it's totally worth it! I have dark thick hairs so even shaving you could see the black dots waiting to grow lol. So glad to be getting rid of that! Note: laser doesn't not hurt (especially as you go higher in the laser number) but this new cooling thing is awesome and you feel waaaaaay less pain! Def recommend for hair reduction. It's more expensive but worth it for sure because you get lifetime appointments.

The potential is there but I'm giving 2-stars because this was the only place who nonsensically…read moregave me a partial and charged me for a full - which the price difference is only $10 (should've been a red flag for me). I didn't know until I was checking out and somehow the conversation went to the fact I still had a lot of dark beneath my hair she didn't touch yet because "she didn't want me there for hours" and that we'd do it next time? I've been a blonde my whole life. I expect to be in the salon for hours. I was there for three and thought that was record timing and then realize why. She didn't do the whole head but charged a full. It's just dishonest and a way to make more money off your clients. Say it's a full, charge a full, get tipped for a full, yet it took you only three hours so now you can fit in more clients in your day? And the place is not cheap, without tip, or cut or style it's $294... For that reason I did not return. I think that's a disservice to your clientele. And if you're charging me a full and not completing a full highlight than that's robbery - dramatic but true. And obviously dishonest...

The staff is very nice and the place is being renovated. The price was higher than expected, but I was happy to pay it for a good service. My eyebrows are in tact, however I have burns under them that were painful and are now scabbing. I came in here trying to better my appearance but left feeling insecure. When I called to let them know, I got nothing more than an "Aw I'm sorry, put aloe on it". I was expecting a refund; this isn't like a restaurant getting your food wrong,I was hurt. I'm a college student so the 17$ including tip was a lot for me to pay when it's typical 10$ for threading.

I didn't get extensions, but watched others work on clients with extensions and beautiful coloring. None of them, including the owner, will automatically tell you to get the most expensive item. Instead, they look at your hair type, what you are hoping for, your lifestyle, and then discuss with you what will look gorgeous and what might work for you (sometimes it is alot less expensive than you originally thought). I paid about half of what I was budgeting and what I normally pay for phenomenal work. I would recommend any of the artists!

I cannot say enough good things about Liza, her spa, or the services she offers…read more The space itself is clean (a huge plus, especially in the era of covid), aesthetically pleasing (if I'm at a "spa," I want to feel that vibe - & this place delivers), & super inviting on all fronts. And Liza herself is just the cherry on top of it all - I felt very comfortable & supremely well taken care of in her hands. Her professionalism is commendable, & it is equally matched by her charismatic & welcoming energy. She's highly knowledgeable about all of the services that she offers, which was a plus for me (a new-ish person to the world of proper skin-care), & encouraged dialogue to help me feel that I was getting precisely what I need & want from my appointment. I did "The House Classic" & would highly recommend the same for anyone wanting to freshen up their quarantine skin. An hour slipped by in no time & I left feeling rejuvenated & a little more educated about what my skin needs & wants for long-term upkeep & care. If you're in need of a little (or a lot of) self care & are craving some overall good vibes, this is a great place to start.
