Please BEWARE when booking any service here. My appointment was cancelled an hour before the…read morescheduled time, after I had already left home. Upon reaching the place, I was told that my appointment was "cancelled automatically by their booking system". How does this even happen? The lady at the store that if I chose to continue with the appointment and if someone came in, they'd leave my service mid-way and attend to the new client. How is this place even working with such shoddy business practices??? Why provide reservation options when the place will cancel an hour before?? Or why not have enough staff to ensure bookings are fulfilled? Found a much better and honest salon in this area.

This is not a normal "sensitive skin" reaction, as was suggested by employees, and it's a known result of an improper waxing technique. What concerned me most is that the service continued after the first area was affected, and it was not addressed until afterward. I was still charged for part of the service despite the visible skin damage. Although the employee was nice and apologetic, that does not make up for inadequate service and I hope for no permanent skin damage. I would not return based on this experience.
