I'm super pleased with how my Brazilian and half arm went! Like everyone who gotten a Brazilian or any waxing done knows how it may be uncomfortable but Lili was Phenomenal!! She made sure to ask questions before to make sure my comfort is priority! She was so thorough and gentle! We spent the entire time laughing and chatting! From the beginning and walking in to the end it was an absolutely fantastic experience!! I will be looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks! 11/10 recommend!!!

Apple Maps may tell you this is a building over from the actual location so pay attention to the suite number and you'll find it perfect! Entering the space was so peaceful. A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. She also clearly outlines her policies so you are well aware ahead of booking and even after booking! I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Le Petit Spa Boutique!

If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to pain, please do yourself a favor and come here…read moreinstead of a cheap place, a Groupon, or anywhere else. I recently tried a well rated Groupon wax and it was so bad I had blisters for weeks :( I came here as a first timer and had Jessica for my Brazilian and lower leg wax and it was the best waxing experience in my life. They actually care for your skin with all their treatments and the comfort wax truly minimizes the pain. For me, the 4 step skin process, the wax, and the bedside manner was definitely better than my experience at a competitor like Waxing the City and of course better than any other value or multipurpose salon. They also have really good hygiene procedures- masks, wax paper on the tables, using cotton pads to apply treatment for your skin, etc. Please come here instead of suffering at another place.

On three occasions, I arrived for my scheduled appointment at European Wax Center on Eldorado and they were running approximately 15-30 minutes behind. The first time, I completely understood--things happen! I simply asked if, going forward, someone could call or text me when they were running that far behind since I drive about 20 minutes to get there. When it happened a second time, I mentioned again that it was frustrating and asked if they could please communicate with me if they were significantly behind schedule. Unfortunately, it happened a third time with no call or text. I understand appointments can run over and unexpected things happen. My issue isn't that they were behind; it's the lack of communication, especially after I specifically brought it up twice. A quick text or phone call would have allowed me to adjust my schedule rather than arriving and waiting. I wish them well, but unfortunately, after three occurrences, I feel I need to find somewhere else that can better communicate when appointments are running behind.

While I was filling out their form, the woman at the front told me I didn't need to fill it out. I had already written my name, so I was simply trying to remove the paper from the clipboard, and who I'm assuming is the bitchy owner everyone talks about in the reviews literally SNATCHED the paper out of my hand while I was taking it off. Then I was told the wait would be about 25 minutes, told to come back, and basically rushed out the door. I wasn't asking for anything complicated and there was absolutely no reason for the interaction to be that rude or uncomfortable. If this is how you treat someone walking through the door for a simple service, I definitely don't want to spend my money here. Not that they care, but I won't be back.
