The 3 bros spent the first half hour in the vehicles, phone scrolling. They disappeared or 2 hours at lunch. On the second day they were gone by mid-day. They spent only a few seconds on each window, leaving behind a significant amount of bug residue which should have been scraped off. A quick splash of water from the bucket followed by a 2 second squeegee did absolutely nothing to clean the windows on the upper floors. One of the 3 vehicles was a bro truck which was missing several panels of the vehicle wrap.... very unprofessional looking. The team leader and driver of that truck was yelling at someone on his phone while pacing in the parking lot during the afternoon. Residents from several buildings in the complex heard him screaming. Who was the marketing genius who decided that Pane Bros was a good name?.... too close to Bang Bros... Google it

We ended up going with a high end Mitsubishi unit because it made the most sense. The salesman assured us the job would likely take 2 full days, possibly 3 if the crew encountered any issues. The install wound up taking FOUR days, at the end of which, the job was still incomplete because the installation crew was sent into the field without the correct equipment. Not exactly a vote of confidence as to how things are managed in-house over there. Further, we paid for the work up front. But once they had our money, we were seemingly de-prioritized and treated like any random service call. A technician was sent out early on a Saturday, but it was clear he had not been briefed on our situation. After assessing the equipment, he said there was nothing he could do because Mitsubishi is closed on weekends. Imagine our frustration at such an unnecessary inconvenience! Had there been even basic communication about the specifics of our case, a pointless visit could've been avoided and we wouldn't have had our time wasted on a Saturday. This speaks to a near-total lack of communication among departments at Four Seasons, and a similar lack of consideration for people's time - ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKEND. This ordeal has now lasted more than a week. The job is still not finished. There is yet another technician en route to our home and we are not at all confident that the work will be completed. Also, they unhooked the power to a separate thermostat that controls our boiler and no one seems to have the slightest clue how to hook it back up again, though we were invited to purchase another thermostat, as though that would somehow fix the problem. Very disappointing and more than a little aggravating. We are NOT satisfied with our experience. A company of this size and reputation shouldn't be having these kinds of communication issues.

They also couldn't, count as they "forgot" to include basement windows and then charged me extra for their counting mistake. Which was dope. But the kid they sent to clean it, just wasn't good man. I left after he arrived and gold him to just text me when he left (I had errands to run) and I would tip him via venmo. When I got home there was too many areas of the rooms that weren't dusted and it was very obvious. Certain parts of the bathroom not being clean, along with the kitchen. Just too many half assed jobs. I tipped him a little lower than what I normally would tip but I won't be using this company again .

The first cleaner they sent constantly canceled and lied to the owner about showing up, so I was still charged. And my house wasn't cleaned so I kept having to do deep cleans during my cancer treatment. The owner reimbursed me once she was aware of what happened, but she did imply it was my fault since I didn't reach out to her directly and that she was giving me a deal so it wasnt that bad. If it costs more to have someone show up, charge me more. But don't just not show up and claim it's because you're giving me a deal. That's insane. I had been communicating directly with the cleaning woman assuming I could trust her. My mistake. She went so far as to send fake screenshots to her boss claiming she had shown up. Obviously my building cameras and sign in sheet, along with the real screenshots from my phone, proved her stories false. The owner then sent me a personal friend of hers whom she said was a great gal and would clean for me for the deal I was looking for. Her friend, while very polite, just didn't do a thorough job. Pics show the lack of detail. I even printed out a checklist for her! She claimed it was because I had pets. The shower knob doesn't have water stains because my pets exist. Nope. She also used my $100 hand towel to do the dishes.

My intention was to help Latino day workers to procure work, because I keep reading how tough it is for them during the pandemic. I was paying a hundred dollars cash for a couple of hours of work, so pay wasn't an issue. They hooked me up with a guy named Omar who confirmed for noon. He didn't speak English, but that's not an issue since I speak Spanish. Right before he was to arrive he texted saying he couldn't make it, because he doesn't have a car. I thought it odd that he would confirm for noon knowing my location and knowing full well that he doesn't own a vehicle, but what do I know? In an attempt to help him I was flexible and asked him if he could make it later after finding a ride. He said yes and confirmed for two in the afternoon. Twenty minutes before two o'clock he texted saying it was too far to come by bus. Couldn't he have told me that hours ago, instead of 20 minutes before arrival? But what do I know? I went above and beyond and texted back to tell him I would come to pick him up. He ghosted me. Two days later Rose from the center called in response to my voice mails explaining what happened. She offered to hook me up with a guy named Benjamin for the next day. Once again going above and beyond I happily agreed. A little while later Benjamin called me saying Rose told him I needed him within 45 minutes. I told him that I told Rose I needed help the next day and he told me he couldn't do the next day. At that point I realized that no matter how far I bent backward this just wasn't going to happen. I called Rose, told her what Benjamin said, then politely told her I was giving up on the APWC and moving on. I opted to go with a well-established professional moving company (New City Moving). I highly doubt that I will ever try to utilize APWC's services and I definitely will never recommend them to anyone.

So I found AGH on Yelp and put in the request on their website. I received a quick response and George came out to take a look at everything we wanted to do and provided an estimate later in the week. Once I had a chance to review all my estimates I contacted AGH and gave them the green light. They were able to start work on my projects within a week. Here are the projects I had them work on: -Custom built cabinet/pantry in my kitchen -Custom backsplash above my kitchen counter/sink -Remove/install new cabinet by my stove -Recaulk bathroom window in my shower From start to finish it took them about a week. Pretty reasonable given the amount of work I had done. They also stayed within the original budget that was quoted. They were also very clean and the workers that were in and out of my condo were very polite. I will definitely call them again for my next projects. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the communication could have been better coordinated. It seems they have different contacts for all aspects: estimates, payments, and actual work. This is my only knock on AGH, but overall I am very happy with all the work performed in my condo!
