However, you definitely don't want to hire him to work on your spa. While there is some chance he can fix it, but there is a large chance that like me he doesn't fix it. Charges you $375. Creates a huge leak in your area that ruins carpets. Promises to come back, doesn't come back. Say's he'll make it right and then doesn't. Here are the issues with Rodney: He's not a good troubleshooter. Despite having worked with spas a long time, he's not good a featuring out what the problem is. He cuts corners. For example he put the wrong piping in our hot tub which resulted in a huge leak that he denied repsonisiblity for. He said "it wasn't leaking when I left, so it's your fault". The next guy outlined all the problems it was a vertical consumer white piping not grey hottub suitable piping. You can't trust he will do what he says he will. He seems very earnest and says "Trust me" a lot, but you can't. Even if you get it in writing like I did, he will back out. During the first round, the hot tub didn't get fixed, but he said it was and said he had to go to another appointment. He promised to come back in the morning if there were any problems. It started leaking and I told him this multiple times, and he didn't respond for a long time. He didn't show up as promised in the morning, but said he would come at 5:00pm, but didn't show up again. Claimed he didn't say he would. He finally came back and did a bunch of work, but couldn't figure out the problem. He said he would need to charge to do more troubleshooting, even after he agreed in writing he would fix it for no more cost. We finally got another person out from Poole, and they were the opposite. Took 30 minutes to figure everything out and pointed out all the problems that rodney created. If you choose rodney, and horrible things happen and you have read this, then it's no one's fault but yours.

His quote was competitive and also was flexible in scheduling! Rodney is very knowledgeable and passionate about hot tub maintenance and cleaning which you can tell in his enthusiasm for creating the best experience. Rodney communicated some additional work that needed to be done to get rid of the calcification. He quickly was able to come up with a solution and was very thorough. I will definitely be using his services again!

In my opinion one of the most unprofessional companies I ever dealt with…read more I called them a few weeks ago to do some modifications in my pool equipment. They sent a professional to my house and later gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and after that.... Radio Silence. After a few days I called them and they said they would send someone that Thursday. Well...No one showed up. I call again, and this time, it's rescheduled to Friday. Friday comes, a guy shows up almost at 5PM. I could imediately see he was not prepared to work on what was agreed on the quote. And sure enough....He has no idea what needs to be done, never been briefed on what is needed and after looking at my pool hardware, of course, tells me he has no equipment needed to work on my pool. Reschedules for next Tuesday, which is today. Yep... You guessed it..... No one showed up again. No calls, no texts, crickets... Don't bother because I don't want to work with you anymore. I'll find another company. I'm done. Thankfully haven't spent any money on this company, but my wasted time, I will never get back, sadly. Stay away, that's my advice.

Beware.... If you…read moreare considering using Poolwerx for your equipment needs or "fixes"...... I've been a customer for couple years with their pool cleaning service side - thus I decided to use them for my pool equipment needs... sloppy work - untimely delivery - and show up times are at their discretion and not consistent I've never been so disappointed and frustrated over service and installation matters I purchased three (3) pieces of equipment: New filtration system, New Variable speed pump and New salt cell system - this is a lot of money spent, on top of that is installation pricing, averages $500 per piece = total of $1500 - ridiculous you would think with my purchase of all new equipment that my installation needs would have been a source of focus and client satisfaction The installation of the salt cell system has been a bad experience- the pics don't lie The tech spilt blue pvc glue on my concrete equipment pad - left and didn't clean it up The business hours are 9am - 4pm Mon - Friday- good luck with having any issues addressed before or after these times, even if it's at the fault of company's employees I communicated my dissatisfaction via phone and texts - Consumer beware UPDATE- after several years I have chosen to severe services for pool cleaning, equipment maintenance and potential new purchases with this company. Customer satisfaction matters and is always key, thus Customer retention. Albeit the job is done now, to get there should not have required so much negative energy and frustration. It's not worth it UPDATE - I see Seon the owner responded, Bent over backwards? This time? Hey - for a client to leave overall, you think your viewpoint is true? You have a negative loss of $3600 annual +|- pool cleaning services - present/future income, plus future pool equipment/install fees - I suspect this won't happen again and that's a good thing. Too bad this learning experience for your business was at my expense and frustration Maybe you should have called me? Yes - you should have called me - texting while "preferred" is a form of communication that sucks, talking with a client lends clarity as to matters - PS - don't charge for a job not fully done and when no verbal or written authorization is granted

I am very glad we did. Both the main technician, Carlos and his assistant, Maryori, were extremely professional and kept us informed as the process went along. They left our yard clean, and although they are not responsible for our grass or yard, I could not even tell they had worked in our yard! They did a final leak test after the repair to ensure we did not have any additional leaks and we were leak free after their repairs. The repairs also carried a one year warranty and they also include a year of free leak detection from the date our repair was completed. I also found the office staff, Amanda, very friendly and concerned. She made us feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend them and they will be the first company I call if we experience problems in the future.

After the leak was repaired, they filled the hole with concrete. Process was smoother than anticipated. They responded quickly to my request for help and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that it was very expensive but probably competitive given the relatively small number of companies who perform this service.
