Lovely pho with generous portions and delicious flavor. Perfect for a cold day birthday lunch. Service was available if you needed something but honestly, we were never in need as they delivered everything asked for without having to ask a second time.

Stopped in for dinner and was really happy I did. Parking situation is a little crazy, had to park a bit away and walk over, lots of traffic in the area. Was seated right away and given a menu. Service was quick, ordered my usual fresh rolls and pho with everything. Rolls were very good, fresh and loaded with shrimp and pork. Pho was good, nice flavor to the broth and loaded with meat. Looks like almost every other pho place inside, utilitarian and industrial. Enjoyed it and would definitely come back

I love pho, and it just happens to be in the area. I've never been here until today and I really liked their broth. It has almost like a sweet lingering taste. The portion is very generous as well. I had the egg rolls, which were delicious and crispy. The place gets pretty packed for lunch and a lot of people also get orders to go, showing that it's a favorite for a lot of people. The service is excellent, super friendly staff and fast to get food out and clean the tables. They're located in a pretty busy plaza, but the food is really good and that's why you can tell people choose to come here. I would like to try the vermicelli and rice next time. Because I'm coming back!

The atmosphere of the place is industrial, yet cozy and the staff are pleasant. The Pho is incredible! The beef rib pho was our absolute favorite! It's a giant hunk of meat and a very comforting broth. The meat and noodle portions of all the pho's are also very generous. The only critique I would have would be for the spring rolls to be a bit larger. Overall great place and we'll definitely be coming back!!

Wagyu beef served on a sizzling iron plate is a great deal. You would not expect such a high quality beef from a pho restaurant. A special dish created by the chef and sourced from Ranger Cattle. Love it! The pork broth was kind of salty but the side salad was great.

Hủ tiếu special is not special when there is no pork belly. Y'all should have what you put in your menu. The broth tastes just salty and water, bland. Phở with rare steak and brisket. Got home with no rare steak. No green onions. Broth has no flavor. Very disappointed. If you don't know any better.

Food and drinks were great. Service was wonderful. My go to spot when I need my veggie fixing. Their zucchini noodles are so addicting and all time fave!

The 3x I have been the food is just great. Meats are quality and the produce is fresh. This last time I decided to try something on the lighter side- grilled shrimp and zoodles (zuchini noodles) instead of the vermacelli. They were fresh and a healthy portion. Service is always quick and efficient too. Cute spot to eat it as well, with cool artwork on the walls! Another top reccomendation is the beef short rib and pork egg rolls!

As usual, I experienced excellent service, outstanding Pho and comfortable ambiance. My rare steak and brisket Pho was outstanding today. Very lean proteins and very fresh herbs and jalapeños. This is a great neighborhood restaurant. Keep up the great job! Surely a repeater for me.

Food : 4 the seafood pho was good but their hu tieu special noodle has really tasty broth with hint of fried dried shrimp in it. The spring roll was ok. Service - 5 fast Ambiance - 4 basic simple quick hop in and out setting.

After flicking it off the plate, the guy crawled off.

We were excited to try this place and the food looked good...until we saw the bug in the vermicelli. The tea had been good, but we gagged seeing this Lil guy crawling within our near-lunch. The host said he'd inform the kitchen, but...no thanks. The place was packed, so I wonder if like on Oprah, "everybody gets a creepy crawler in their luch!" Or we were the only lucky ones. Done with "Broth and Bugs and Basil."

If you follow Texas BBQ you will see that this is the most inexpensive way to have a dino rib. The beef rib pho is heaven on earth and the meat portion is huge (see pics). The bao bun sliders and vegan egg rolls were a delicious addition to our meal. I was super impressed with the pho. That beef rib was tender and delicious. The service was freindly and efficient and the food was very delicious. I love this area and there are many decent restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely return.

Packed and painfully loud. As a Vietnamese person, flavor matters -- and this missed. Dry noodles were average, side broth had zero depth. Pho's only redeeming part was the beef rib; once that's gone, it's just bland noodle water. Veggies were sad. Meh.

I'm a big fan of the spicy beef noodles. Love the bouncy chewy noodles with the fresh bok choy. You can see the photos I took the soft, long cooked braised beef cuts. I am very surprised the beef is very tender extremely tender and love the the big cuts of gelatinous goodness. Tendons for capital T for tender. The broth has a strong beef flavor and overall great dish. The pad Thai on the other hand, it's a good attempt at Pad Thai but in my opinion is too sugary. Love the noodles with the peanuts on top. You have the soft noodles with the crunchy peanuts. It adds a nice contrast of crunchy and soft at the same time. You can see the sliced carrots and the beef. I also added chicken. It's a good dish, but it's in my opinion missing more bean sprouts and it needed more tamarin sauce. More fish sauce, and it would've been nice to add stirfry basil so you could taste the basil leaves when you stirfry it. It's also missing eggs. Maybe I didn't see any of it. I didn't taste any eggs or it was just covered in sauce, but who knows it was still good. I ate the whole thing.

Plenty of vegan options with tofu both soft and fried, fresh veggies galore, and all the brown sauce you can handle. My personal favorites are the mapo tofu and mushroom tofu, but the dry sauteed green beans definitely deserve and honorable mention. Great portions all around; order two dishes and you'll have a whole feast. Lunch deals are a great value but even dinner pricing is very reasonable, too. It's an ideal spot for a low-key meal since it's usually not too busy, not loud, not flashy, and not the type of place that attracts annoying wannabe influencers.

The lo mein combo noodles had a good solid soy sauce flavor, soft noodles, good amount of meats, sold noodles. Mongolian beef is amazing, soft beef with creamy, salty, and tangy brown sauce. Orange chicken is awesome, big big chunks of white chicken meat, very little batter on the outside with a strong orange flavor. I appreciate this dish since it's more meat than batter. The last dish, shrimp with pork dish with sliced green peas. It tasted like it had a turmeric sauce. Nice firm shrimp with pork.

The Kung Pao chicken was bland and lacked the flavor I was expecting--there was no discernible garlic, ginger, or other aromatics, and the sauce didn't have much depth. There weren't a lot of peanuts, and no vegetables, either. Unfortunately, my first bite of chicken also had some chewy, unpleasant bits, which didn't help. The egg roll shell was crispy but not a light batter, the interior was a bit doughy and lacked the texture I was hoping for. All in all, it was just okay. I really wanted to like this new restaurant, but based on this meal, it was disappointing.

The bowl itself came loaded with meat--they definitely weren't skimping to save money here. The meat-to-noodle ratio felt great, and every bite actually had substance instead of leaving me fishing around for toppings. As for the broth, I landed somewhere in the middle. It wasn't quite as clear or light as I personally prefer, leaning toward a fattier, milkier undertone that almost reminded me of a Vietnamese pho take on tonkotsu. The flavor itself was undeniably very good, but the richness may have been a bit too much for me personally. One way I usually judge how much I love a pho broth is whether I want to sip the bowl down to the very end, and this one wasn't quite light enough for me to want to do that. I've had richer and deeper pho flavors elsewhere, but I still appreciated the flavor profile here and could absolutely see why this place is so popular. It feels hearty, comforting, and satisfying in a way that clearly resonates with many people. Despite how packed the restaurant was, the atmosphere ended up being surprisingly pleasant. Service moved very quickly, which honestly impressed me given how busy everything felt. Even with the crowd, I didn't dislike the spacing or setup at all--the restaurant still felt comfortable, and the sound of people enjoying their food all around added to the lively, welcoming energy rather than making it feel overwhelming. Overall, Pho Phong Lưu ended up being one of those places where I completely understood the hype, even if it didn't become my personal favorite pho spot. While the broth leaned richer than my preference, I still enjoyed the experience and definitely look forward to trying other dishes next time.
