Paid him over $11,000 as a deposit. He hired an architect, which was not necessary and paperwork never filed with Village of Mt. Prospect and then architect fired by Michael. Asked for money back several times and he refused to pay. It was not until late March 2026 that they finally came out to do demolition and that was the only work we got out of them. Michael broke his foot late 2025 and used that as an excuse the entire Winter and every text included a photo of his broken foot while he was in hospital. We had another company finish our deck and we are thrilled and Michael has not responded to the two letters our attorney has sent so next step is to sue him, win and prepare to not be paid but we will put him in collections. Stay as far away from this guy as possible.
