Korey provided an update about the mosquito traps and offered suggestions to use during get-togethers in the yard. It was very helpful!

. I have a bad ant infestation and I've tired everything I could buy over the counter at Home Depot or Lowe's . Salesman named earnesto showed up at my door past 9pm. Even though I wasn't too happy about someone knocking on my door at that hour I decided to give brooks pest solutions a shot to help me solve my problem or so I thought. Gave me his rundown of how it works and we agreed to a price of 150 paid quartly for the year. And if we cancel service that we would just have to pay back the discounted fee we were credited for starting services on first payment. I was pretty happy about getting rid of ants. Long story short as I'm already typing to much the grainuels do not work. If your in to throwing your money in the dirt don't take my word for it , give them a shot and see for yourself. read more

would recommend company and Aaron. Very professional, on time and explained everything. Loved the video. I wasn't expecting him to remove old wasp nest which he did and left a few glue traps in the garage. read more

Don't do business with them, they don't know what their doing they will ask you what you need instead of them telling you. Stay away don't call then, you will loose your money read more

Do not trust these guys. They will tell you your service is for trial period and then charge you another $270 to get out of the contract. Complete scum bags and con artist. Do a search on their business practices, they are under investigation and have multiple lawsuits pending. read more

Worst company I have ever dealt. Currently taking them to court. They are the worst please save yourself from a huge mistake and go somewhere else. They have communication issues with their office and the technician. Just tried to service my house for months after right before the huge storm after canceling for not being happy with their service. They refuse to let you cancel even if they don't do their job. Never send you emails with invoices even after asking for it. Sent me a text message at 345 am to tell me to talk to them. After not letting them service my house for 4 months they are still trying to charge me and harass me and send people over. Luckly I'm a 100% disabled veteran and stay at home so I turn them away and tell them no trespassing they aren't welcome, sent them cease and desist, got police involved for criminal harassment and now taking them to civil court. read more

Great service and experience. Reminded me to call back if the wasp returns. Pleasant visit.

Might be the worst pest control services ever. After being told they don't treat for carpenter ants and I had to hire another company to come and do it, I canceled my service with them because they were unable to provide the service. They still felt like they needed to keep $300 of my money as a cancellation fee even though they're the ones that could not provide the service. Also scheduling issues, technicians lying about having trouble getting on the property, etc. Stay away, run far and fast. Don't use this company for any reason whatsoever. You will be highly disappointed. read more

I hired Brooks in 2025, and they have consistently engaged in predatory business practices. I have spent hours with them on the phone they refuse to deal honestly. When I called to cancel my contract 2-3 months ago, I was explicitly told it would end in winter and the cancelation fee was higher than the cost to just wait it out, but as an "apology" for my dissatisfaction with the service they would offer a discount on the remaining months. When I signed for that discount, turns out they had actually swindled me into signing a renewal for another YEAR. All that, AND there are still wasps at my house. Save your money. read more

I have pest control for a few months and that was fine and manageable then I got a termite inspection and they didn't find termites but they found one piece of fencing that had like evidence of termite so they did a add-on to my monthly for like 30 bucks so everything was still manageable under $100 and then all of a sudden I got billed $800 in one month and then there were so aggressive about getting them the money and now my monthly bills are way over $100 a month and they said that they would inspect the termite traps every other month but now they said it's only once a year so they they're very aggressive about their sales tactics and about up sales and then of course you can't get out of their billing. They will keep on charging your card until it goes through very aggressive and I've called and tried to keep my bills under $100 because I'm unemployed. They don't care they promise one thing and then they do something else and still overcharge you, very predatory. read more

I would not recommend them at all. The person on the phone said one thing and the person that came to the house said another. Communication was awful. Then I tried calling them to cancel and they never seem to be able to "cancel" the contract. Save your money and find someone else read more

I did like them in the beginning but my services ended up being about 5 mins for front and back not sure what happened from the beginning towards the end of the year.
