this company is really good to sell themseleves to get you on a 12month contract.. so i called for possible rats or maybe a squirrel in our attic. when we called they said someone would check the attic and see if there was any point of entrance, if there is they would close them. as well they would Email me a copy of what i signed via text. which he never did. tech came i told him about the issue and how i was informed he would be going on our roof and in the attic. which right way he said they do not do that. and there are other compnies that will but cost more. so today after calling and canceling our service i was charged a early cancellation fee of $251 they tried to offer a new tech to come out and do what they should of done in the first place. i wish when i initially called terminex they never redirected my call to Brooks it was a waste of money all the tech did was sprayed for insects which we not have any no ants no bugs .. we needed help for the attic. now we contacted a new company they came looked in the attic took pictures of the holes possible entrance sealed them up left traps and tapes and in a period for 1 week they been out 2 times to check the traps and look for new entray point. thank God no infectation but still want the critters gone even is its a squirrel.. to please save you money and snd dont hire this company read more

I hired them for a rodent problem under my house. When the worker arrived he informed me they were not allowed to go under the house. I thought that was odd do to the fact that where the problem was. They also sprayed for ants and spiders. I seen absolutely no change in the amount of spiders or ants around my house. It took them 4 days to come and rebate the trap that had only caught only one rat. The work they did I could have done myself. They charged me 150.00 for the first month and 75.00 a month after that even though they only showed up every other month. They failed to show up last month which they were suppose to according to the contract. I signed up for a required pest control contract because they assured me that they would treat the inside and outside of the house for fleas. The two people who came out for my first service, one did inside but because of rain another person came 2 days later to do the outside, were both nice and listened to my concerns. However, the inside treatment was only spraying the center of baseboards with normal bug spray and one room of carpet spray. Nothing was treated in the garage where the fleas had originally come in. Outside, a granule was sprinkled and cobwebs removed. Then I was told later, by email, that I needed to spray the yards with water within 24 hours. My hose does not reach & I find that unprofessional. I have since been told that flea treatment, the only thing I wanted & was clear about that, involves different products like a fogger outside. Our bad experience goes back to the initial sign up and never let up. We had another service provider at a fantastic rate that had minimal issues. Our door was knocked on by a rep while I was in the middle of barbecuing and my wife was cooking sides inside while also managing our 3 kids, so it was pretty chaotic. We didn't want to be rude and know that their job is tough so we tried talking to the guy but he didn't let up or get the hint. I found some golfer holes in my yard. I googled around and chose Brook's pest control because of the reviews. I'm going to be moving in a couple months so searching for a place that would let me cancel was top priority, when I called and spoke to this lady she told me I can cancel anytime without being charged, I figured that's perfect let's go ahead and set this up, I only need to try and get rid of a couple gophers for a month or so. She told me it's $175 then $75 a month there after and that was it. I figured they would continually come out and check on the traps/holes etc.. she set up an appointment for the next day for the gophers, the tech came out and told me someone would come out and check the traps in two days.. fast forward two days, I called on the 2nd day to make sure someone was coming out or what time and what the process is like for getting rid of the gophers every month (since they are charging me monthly). the person I spoke to didn't know the process so they escalated me to a sales team that knows about the traps, that person to tell me that they don't know what the process is and they don't know why it was transferred to him. Transfer me back to someone that said they'll have someone call me on Monday since it was the weekend. Now I missed my 72 hour window to cancel my service. I proceeded to try a call in to try and cancel my service due to the lack of communication from the beginning of service. Now because I couldn't get a hold of anyone when I called in my 72 hour cancelation window has passed and I have to pay $175 to cancel or leave the account open and pay more up until I move. They didn't;t even spell my name correctly on the paperwork after telling them twice, she said just skip it and sign for now. I put trust in the company and made sure to let them know I will need to cancel because of moving, This was a horrible customer experience. Look else where if you need pest removal, especially if you are on a short time window. look for a small owned business and support them for pest removal.
