It has been 3 months since I have canceled my service with pro pacific. They reached out to me after my initial review and offered to do the service better, and I agreed, I would reactivate my account and continue with the services. I DID NOT confirm a reactivation of my account and I did not confirm to continue with pro pacific. They have charged my card now two months in a row and are refusing to answer an emails regarding a refund. I have contacted my bank and have had to do a credit reversal on the first one and I'm now waiting for the second charge to post so I can do another credit reversal because emails apparently go unanswered. read more

Shout out to Julian Fernandez, my pest tech. Went above & beyond on a few items that seem small but make all the difference. Julian made sure to get some spider web build-up for me & even noticed a dead rat hiding by my trash cans he picked up. Was polite and respectful to my dogs. I'm going to start by informing you why I am here writing a review. We asked for service for bee removal. They guy came and explained that it was $300 to spray and get rid of them, he guarantee that it would work and if it didn't he would come back and spray again. Well the first visit we payed the guy cash, it happens to be that the bees needed to spray again and when we called they told us we had a balance of $300??? We paid the guy when he came to do the services the first time! Now I am receiving a letter in the mail saying I owe $300 and it's 30 days over? Stay away from paying cash to avoid this! Please note: I still have bees even after the second time they came to spray. (But I am here for them trying to scam me to pay another $300, ridiculous..BEWARE!) read more

Pro Pacific is the second company I've called regarding roof rats in my attic. After the first company didn't resolve the issue, I called Pro Pacific after seeing their high rating (4.9). Alan came over and inspected the roof, patio, attic, perimeter then explained in detail areas of concern around the house. He laid out a plan and the prices of different options. Compared to the first company, I must say I'm very happy with Pro Pacific. They've been informative, professional and gave much attention to detail. I purchased a house and the inspection report should rodent droppings in the attic. I hired Pro pacific pest to. Remove the waste and the old insulation, replace new insulation and catch the rodent. They removed part of the old insulation and replaced it with new insulation. See the pic. The wire insulation behind the knee wall is old. The pink is new. All the technicians and telephonic reps have always had great customer service. So much so that when I need to hire a company for ants I hired them for that too. The problem is my insulation was partially replaced and I hear something in the attic. 3/10/23 Kerry manager came out assessed the attic, took pics and said there was no waste, a lot of traps and he acknowledged the insulation was not all replaced. That is we're the communication has stopped. I call him multiple times and left many messages. He told me twice 2 different people would call back. I called twice last week and no one has called back. It's very frustrating because this was an expensive service that I was willing to do to rectify the issue. I am asking to please replace all the insulation as agreed and please implement any strategies need to catch this critter. I would really appreciate a call from the owner to assist me in getting this taken care of. I am still under contract. read more
