I enjoyed going to Palm Beach quite a few times and bought lots of merchandise from them as well. Went in tonight to be told my sessions expired in September. I had about 6 sessions left of the high level bed and 20 spray tans left. Malibu Tan never expired so I didn't think Palm Beach would. They should have told me and communicated that when they took over my account. Now I'm out all the money I spent on my tanning sessions and lotions that I bought there. Can I buy more, sure I can. But should I have to, No! Of course after telling me my sessions expired, she tried to selling me a package. I'm out $$ and now you want me to give you more money. No thanks. I'll take my money somewhere else. Buyer Beware.

9 days into the extensions and they're almost all gone, including my own lashes!…read more My lashes are ruined after getting eye lash extensions here. It was my first time coming to this location based on local mom reviews. The service was extremely quick which was the first red flag. I got eye classic lash extensions, eyebrow wax and henna tint and everything was done in less than 1 hour. I was told not to wet my face for 48 hours and no contacts. Which I followed. That night some lashes started to shed. After the 48 hours I washed my lashes with lash foaming wash and a special brush for this. I used a fan and the brush they gave me to brush/ fluff them out. Many lashes came off that day. Every single day lashes come off which is to be expected but my own lashes are also falling off with them and now my own lashes are almost non existent. I have never had this happen at other salons. I know lashes are supposed to fall off but not at this level. Definitely not going back and I do not recommend.

Despite my extensive tanning expertise, as an NPC bodybuilder with years of tanning hours under the hot lights, the attendant seemed to know less about tanning than I know about quantum physics. She was clueless about everything except how to peddle overpriced tanning lotions. When I asked about Melanotan Peptides or the impact of tanning while on them, she stared at me like I'd just asked her to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Shouldn't someone who works in a tanning salon have basic knowledge on the latest topics related to the business? How do you keep patrons safe? And the pièce de résistance? She attempted to sell me a five-minute tan for nearly $80! That's right, folks, eighty bucks for five minutes. I'd pay that much to skip a line at Disneyland, not to get a hot flash under some mediocre bulbs with a ketchup packet-sized sample of tanning lotion. All in all, I felt like I was being pickpocketed one dollar at a time at this tanning salon. If you're into timeshare-level sells pitches, then this is definitely your spot. But if you want quality tanning without a student loan price tag, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I walked out of this place without tanning and I'm never coming back.
