Not smelly or sticky, and I felt so comfortable during the 8-hour processing. What I really enjoyed was how skilled Natalie was with choosing the correct shade of tan for me. She listened to what I desired and chose the perfect color for me. Which is extremely important so the fading looks as natural as possible- not splotchy! Fading started at the 10th day, and I didn't really feel like I needed to exfoliate it all off until 2-2.5 weeks later. Just moisturize everyday as recommended. Will be returning for every special event in the future!

Having been a client of Renata's for more than two years, I can confidently say she is a master of her craft. As a breast cancer survivor dealing with the effects of chemotherapy and radiation on my skin and lashes, I needed someone knowledgeable and attentive to my unique needs. Renata went above and beyond--not only providing outstanding services but carefully documenting the best approach for my delicate lashes and hyperpigmentation before her relocation to Texas. That level of care speaks volumes about who she is as a professional. Renata is more than technically skilled; she makes you feel genuinely cared for. She is warm, authentic, intelligent, funny, and incredibly attentive. Every appointment felt like an investment in my mind, body, and confidence. I would leave her chair feeling like a queen--with beautiful lashes, glowing skin, and an even better spirit. She covered my birthmark well and made me feel so good in my strapless bridesnade dress I had to wear. Also, I'm not a small person, but Brittany was so sweet, she must have known just how self conscious I was feeling standing nude in front of her cause she said just the right things and made it seem like I was not the most hideous figure to ever stand before her (cause that's how I felt). But I sencerily think she wasn't judging me at all, I just felt it! I haven't been back for a tan since then because as a mom of three, glam time doesn't fit into the schedule. But I will have my daughter get her tan with Brittany soon before an upcoming event in a few weeks.

Definitely one of the best Palm Beach Tan locations in terms of the super friendly and super stunning employees that work here, especially the brand new one who is such an easy going and totally cool sweetheart. We both loved her (Barbie and I), wish I knew her name. I'm a huge fan. The actual booth is in a room which is so cold that I felt like I was dying. Literally I've never had a cold room to this degree and the whole experience was torture. Ice bucket challenge x 15 mins anyone? The tan I got was okay but the employees and customer service are definitely the highlights. Palm Beach Tan in Katy does have a few issues. The air conditioning was turned so incredibly high in my room that I goosebumping my a** off and chattering my teeth (and not in a talkative way) until about halfway through. It was a 12-minute older tanning bed and actually bronzed me out pretty well and I appreciated it. And again, the girl working here. She's new but she's one of the most friendly and perfect people I've ever seen working at a salon. She should seriously be very famous.

If you need to freeze your account or cancel make sure you do it by the 25th because of you are a day late they will not do anything to help you. I had been looking for a manager for 3 days to freeze my membership because I'm pregnant and on the 26th they charged me a whole months worth! I called the district customer service number and she was rude as well. They said there was nothing they could do. So basically charging me $65 for a month of NOTHING and wouldn't save a credit to my account for after I have my baby or anything. Didn't offer credits for anything like Malibu Tan had when I had my first child. They just kept saying "the contract you signed". I get that but you're a business and you could have at least offered a credit to insure I come back, especially since I had been trying to cancel for 3 days already. This place does not want or apparently need anyone's business. Disappointing that this is how they treat long standing customers.
