I will say after having them on two prior occasions, they made an impression on me when they participated in the yearly Belmont Shore chocolate festival. If I already paid enough to qualify for the dozen pricing, why wouldn't the employee explain it beforehand or simply honor it when I asked immediately afterward? Instead, I was told only after the transaction was complete, and then denied the items anyway. It felt misleading, unhelpful, and unnecessarily petty over two donuts.
