I have been going to this office for over 12 years. For those of you that don't like, or worse yet HATE going to the Dentist then you're going to the wrong place! When you first arrive you will notice the office is clean, comfortable and inviting. You will be pleasantly greeted by Jodi and/or Rhonda; both are engaging and contribute to the relaxed atmosphere. The hygienists are all friendly yet professional and exceptional at their craft. Upon meeting meet Dr. Broadbent you will receive a genuinely huge smile and appreciate his personable yet calming demeanor. He will give you a thorough examination and I can attest that he will not be telling you that you require services and/or procedures that you not need. I know I can always count on his honesty. I appreciate this safe haven he has created and believe it or not I can truly say I actually enjoy going to the dentist! When I first came to AZ I didn't know where to go for dental services. i have been going to them for8years and very grateful for the care they provide. today,i had Elena who is one of the dental hygienist and very knowledgeable and caring about the patients care and a great bedside manner and as far as dr broadbent', very well educated and great bedside manner as well and as far as the front desk staff, , jodi and rhonda do a excellent job and very friendly as well and the rest of the other hygienists who i have had ,chris is also a very knowledgeable hygienist and i couldn't ask for a better dentist, my hats go out to you all. read more

I have been coming to this place for a few years. Recently chipped a tooth. This morning I did my best hiding the fact I'm not comfortable at the dentist. At first this seemed like a great dentist, very friendly staff and a clean office. I came in, I got my price for cleaning and fillings. Prices were pretty high considering I had very good insurance. But the office atmosphere made me comfortable so I made my appointment and they sent me off with a cute little gift. I came in for my appointment. The cleaning went well. Then it was time for my fillings. They "numbed" me and began drilling. I felt everything and was in tears - and seeing this they did not stop to numb me more, just continued drilling. They supposedly filled the holes they drilled in my teeth. I paid my deductible and I left. Fast forward. It's been over a year since I had my fillings done. I have experienced nothing but pain in the teeth they supposedly fixed. I have received bills totaling more than the original agreed upon amount (which had already been paid). And I continuously receive notifications for appointment reminders for appointments I did not set. I have requested they cancel any appointments they have for me and stop contacting me multiple times....yet I still receive notifications for appointments and new bills in the mail even tho I have not gone back to the dentist since my first horrible experience. read more

I have been coming to this office since I was a child and I now bring my kids back to see Dr. Broadbent. He's really good with patients of any age, and always makes my kids, and ME, feel comfortable. He listens to my concerns and I have always felt like he is honest and fair with his treatment plans and work. I highly recommend Dr Broadbent and this office. read more

Dr Broadbent is an excellent dentist but his front office need some training. If you make an appointment in December be sure to ask if your hygienist is available or if he is available. Because they'll book an appointment and when you get there neither are there. The front office called and confirm my appointment and my insurance, when I was checking out I was told they no longer took my insurance. And that I had to pay. Also I was not told prior to the appointment the Dr Broadbent and my hygienist an were not available in December. This also happened in 2019. I was left standing outside the door in the cold for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the front office to show up. Not acceptable. I also sent Dr Broadbent a letter and never received a reply. I love this office, I have always been afraid of the dentist and have had to have a lot of dental work. Everyone at the office from the desk to the doctor are fantastic. My whole family is seen here. Horriable service this is my second bad encounter I have had with this office. I had gotten a cleaning a few years back. I was not impressed with the service. I felt it was rushed and half effort was put into it. Following my service I received a bill in the mail. I called and paid by balance but continued to receive past due letters. After two more phone calls to the office over the next 5 weeks I stopped getting letters. This brings me up to Monday when I called to schedule a cleaning. I decided to give them another chance because the location is convenient. I called to verify they accept my insurance. She had an opening Wednesday at 11am and said she would call back to verify they accept my insurance. I never received a called but got a text confirming my appt time. I took the day off from work costing me my time and money. When I got there she proceeded to lie and say we talked on the phone and I said to cancel my appt because my insurance is out of network. I told her I did not receive any phone calls or have a conversation with her. After I had her verify my number she claimed she must of dialed the wrong number and the person she talked to sounded confused. Because of her carelessness and not having the ability to operate a TELEPHONE I am at square one of finding a place to get a cleaning minus 3 days of preparation and missing one payed day of work. I highly recommend finding a different office. These people are careless unapologetic and over all a low standard of work. I would give no stars if that is a option. read more

Love, love, LOVE my new dentist! I have lived in Arizona for just over 3 years and in that time, I found 4 dentist offices to avoid. The Broadbents are my fifth try - and my last!! This is a father and son team so I'm not worried about anyone retiring anytime soon. Tyler knows how to administer novocaine painlessly, and he's very patient and friendly while explaining all the things I want to know (and even the things I don't really want to hear!). The staff is very friendly and make sure you get the best appointment time that fits your schedule. I actually like going to the dentist now. Well, maybe that's a little bit of a stretch, but at least I'm not dreading the experience and I know that everything will be alright due to the very capable staff in this office. And they are affordable so if insurance doesn't cover something, it's not all that painful to part with the extra. Since I've already tried all the rest, trust me and save time and money by starting with the Broadbents - you will be very happy with your new dentist too!! read more

I went to Broadbent Dentistry once in Mesa, AZ while visiting my mom. Best dentist experience I've ever had! It has been a few years, but I'm still impressed. So I thought I should leave a review. I went in for a regular checkup and cleaning. Dr. Broadbent recommended sealant for my teeth to fill in the deep grooves in order to prevent future cavities. I haven't gotten any new cavities since! He even showed me the finished result of each tooth on a TV screen via a mouth-cam. He was very thorough. I had braces at the time, and he had no problems working around them (which my regular dentist DID have a problem with). The staff is also super friendly! I wish Dr. Broadbent could be my regular dentist, but I live in San Diego, CA. Any dentist visits I've had since then just doesn't compare. I definitely recommend Broadbent Dentistry! read more

Amazing! As you walk through the door you're welcomed with friendly smiles. The ladies upfront care very kind. They were very organized and professional. The dentist was very helpful and reassured me that everything was fine. Throughout my lifetime I've only had mean, judgemental dentists that did not care about how you felt and because of that I have a fear of the dentist. This office is the total opposite! I have major anxiety going to the dentist. When I scheduled appointments for my daughter and me, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. I explained a little of my back-story and she listened patiently while reassuring me everything would be alright. My daughter's appointment went incredibly well. They called the day before to remind us of our appointments and even faxed my paperwork so I didn't have to wait in the lobby very long. I was very apprehensive but they made me feel very comfortable and reassured. They gave me a quick tour and even a gift to welcome me as a new patient. My DA went over everything she was going to do before she did it which helped my anxiety. I was embarrassed about my teeth and the quote I most remember was, "There is always someone that is better and someone that is worse" It oddly made everything easier. After my exam they sat with me and provided me with an estimate and discussed everything in detail. My biggest fear was being reprimanded for the lack of care I may have had for my teeth and not once was that mentioned. They focused on the positive instead of the negative, letting me know what I could do better instead of what I had done wrong. I would refer this Dental Office to anyone. read more

As a Senior, I have been to many Dental Facilities in three States. I found none that could even begin to hold a candle to this Dental Facility!
