Bar service was great, food service, not so much. Ordered 2 Panzenella (sp?) salads with 2 balsamic vinaigrette on the side and an order of truffle fries with 2 aioli sauce to go. We had just spent the day in the hotel and needed to thaw out outside. We were told to come back in 10-15 minutes after ordering and the food would be ready. Bar staff were attentive and had decent pours, so I was optimistic for a salad that included bacon, bleu cheese, pear, onion, and arugula. Sounded hearty to finish the day. Food was ready on time and as I took the bag, I double checked verbally about the dressing and aioli and was assured it was in there. Alas, it was not. Went back and asked a server for the second balsamic vinaigrette and aioli for the truffle fries. He promptly went to the kitchen and handed me 2 containers and as I walked away, I realized that neither of the containers had what I asked for. One had olive oil, the other had some reddish thick dressing definitely not aioli. I wasn't about to let my fries go cold or soggy so I just went to eat it with what we had. Side note: the "aioli" that was in the bag was a ranch-like dressing and not an aioli. That salad was sad. It didn't look like what it was described as and it was very much lacking in bacon and fruit, but it did have nearly a half of raw red onion, and tons of croutons. Saving grace: bleu cheese (at least for my salad). The other salad, not so much. The work wife complained and the meal was comped, so final star count is at 2.5. read more

Ate here twice. For lunch I ordered the southwest Cobb salad. It was very good. My only knock was the bacon (it was real not bacon bits) was very thick and kind of hard but everything else was great. The server was very sweet as well. For breakfast, the server was very nice. I ordered the corn beef hash...it was very good and a generous portion...but there was one weird thing, I asked the waitress what kind of toast they offered as I prefer rye. They didn't have that so I got wheat. When she brought me my order, everything was piled on top the toast. I asked her about it and she said she thought that's what I was asking for....we had a good laugh cause the cook looked at her like she was crazy when she said the customer said to pile everything on the toast....a small faux pas. Came here to have a late dinner with my friend/colleague. This is located in the hotel, right downstairs. Staff was friendly, it was nice and quiet. Keep in mind it was around 8 so not sure how busy it gets. I had the short ribs. They were good. A bit on the sweeter side and is a bit fatty. The pozooki wasn't that great. The cookie was a bit overcooked. But other than that for a hotel restaurant. Not too shabby. read more

Kirsten is the best bartender/server. She made us come back 4 or 5 more times for more delicious drinks and food! She was enjoyable and such a sweetheart! Large dining area and bar located inside the Hilton. Had the club sandwich $19 which was very good for dinner one night. The next day we came for Happy Hour 3-6p. The pulled pork tots were ok but our shrimp pizza $19 was borderline. The crust reminded me of a Tostinos Frozen pizza. Drinks are good. Stayed at the hotel where this restaurant resides. Normally, hotel restaurants are "50/50". On the spectrum of hotel restaurants this is one of the better ones. I ordered a side caesar and buffalo wings as well as an Arnold Palmer. All made well and service was excellent. This was a convenient way for me to get a quick meal that is satisfying. This restaurant is located inside the Hilton. We were staying at the hotel and decided to get pizza after a long day. I'm from Chicago, and so I didn't get my hopes up, but I was pleasantly surprised when our pizza (pepperoni, onions, and peppers) came and I took my first bite. This thin crust pizza had an ok crust, but the toppings wanted to slide off. Once you get past that, it did have a generous amount of cheese and the toppings were fresh and tasty. Our waiter was excellent. This is definitely worth a try if you want to stay in and grab a bite to eat. read more

We stopped by for a late dinner and for breakfast. Both times it was a bit of a wait time since it was on the busier side. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The lobby music was a bit loud but it was perfect since everyone was being loud especially at dinner time. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and the portions. JR and I normally stay a lot at the hiltons properties. But we have to say Dre the head bartender, at Bristol palms Always puts a smile on our face when we see her behind the bar. You can't go wrong with her expresso martinis or old fashion .. When you are making a quick trip, hotels with a restaurant are ideal so you don't have to drive around. We were only staying the night and weren't sure where to have dinner. For ease, we thought we'd check out the restaurant. When we walked down, they stated that the seats were first come, first serve and we took a seat. We were immediately assisted and our waters arrived. For an appetizer we had chips with Queso + Spinach Artichoke Dip and it was AMAZING. This was my favorite part of the meal and I kept returning back to it. For the meal, I enjoyed the Margherita Flatbread and it was delicious. They have a brick oven there that this was made in. My boyfriend enjoyed a Salmon (it was being eaten when I remembered pictures) but the size of the salmon was a nice large piece compared to normal. Even the potatoes that came with he said were good. I ended up going down for breakfast Saturday morning and had a 2 egg omelette with cheese and tomatoes and an English muffin. They are much busier in the mornings but it was delicious. Staff was super helpful and took my order quick. Got here after a long flight and was starving. Found a good spot to sit and not be noticed. Food was delicious. Brown gravy on the steak was interesting, but had great flavor. Only thing I was not a fan of was the onion on top of the steak. May have been soaked in vinegar or so thing. Was super strong. I had nice lunch and dinner experience here. Both time, the restaurant had plenty of space and privacy. The service was good. We had pasta with chicken. It was nice and followed by cheese case with some coffee. If you want to enjoy good meal and conversation with your partner, this place is highly recommended. read more

We decided to do breakfast at the hotel before check out and our breakfast was delightfully better than expected. The bacon was extremely crispy!
