the receptionist is awful, accusatory and could care less about you. I have them 2x to get the work done right and it still wasn't, went to pick up my key fab and they said they hope they could find it. I expressed my disappointment inf the pock marks, faded paint and paint wearing off and he started screaming at me telling me how much he works and dropping f-bombs directed at me. I am a small woman that paid him 1200 to put on a new bumper and paint it. The people in this place are riding a thin line of insanity and just bully you and don't stand behind their work.

I reached out to the mechanic, Keith Hermsen to discuss a solution and allowed plenty of time for Keith to get back to me however after three weeks passed with no response, I followed up one final time. Plain and simple, this shop does not stand behind their work. There are other shops in the Kieler area that stand behind their work. Do a little research before considering this place.

My car was brought there the end of March and I heard nothing from them until the end of April. My car should've been totalled, they gave my insurance a estimate of 7k and when it was FINALLY fixed in mid June they charged over 10k which meant it should've been totalled. The car drove one week and never drove again. It was towed back to Abra, where it literally sat with no answers until September. When they said it needed a new motor and it was nothing to do with their work on the motor. This SUV ran perfect before it hit a deer and was supposedly "fixed". Terrible service department and the receptionist is so rude to everyone. Go anywhere but here. ​​​
