They left metal shavings every where that caused rust on the door hinges and caused issues with the windows rolling up and down, they didn't install the front windshield correctly and now there is a whistle, sliced the weather stripping on rear quarter glass and didn't admit to it, the roof molding pieces weren't installed in the right spot, there is a vibration from the sun roof cover, after repair there is a rattle in the rear end (same thing happened after taking my previous car there). After taking my husbands truck for repair after hail damage, they didn't realign the hood correctly. When all these issues and problems were brought to their attention, they refused to correct them and were very dismissive.

My husband had been doing a lot of researich on the Mustang GT. Long story short, 2 weeks later, May 2nd we drove that beautiful Mustang GT home, thanks to Jon‼. we could not have asked for better treatment from the entire staff at Finnin, including the sales manager, but Jon is a fantastic salesman and person! Every once in a while we get a text from Jon, wondering how we are, and if we're enjoying our new ride!!! That doesn't happen often with sales people, especially when it comes to autos! We really feel we've made a great friend, recommend Finnin Motors, and in October when the lease is up on our Toyota, we'll head back to Finnin and find Jon for our next purchase!

This morning Nick Slatts said if we had the car towed in, they'd look at it. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. Finally, they sent out a tech to check it out. He couldn't figure it out so they're having it towed at their expense as they should have in the first place. Another day wasted ...... Also, he didn't get a loaner. While they're trying to figure out what they did wrong to his only vehicle, my Son has to rely on the kindness of others to let him borrow their vehicle. Another victim of the service departments nonchalant attitude, some who has no relationship with Ford burning through fuel and racking up miles on their vehicle so my Son can get back and forth to work. I thought Ford was big enough to clean up their own mistakes and take care of the customer while doing so.

This was my first visit to Iowa and it's beautiful and that goes for the people too. Me and my adult kids were going to the fair when my suv needed an alternator suddenly. Cliff checked my vehicle and found I needed an alternator mine had stopped charging my battery and my dash was lite up like Christmas. I was quoted a fair price and the got it done so fast then delivered it to me at the hotel. Great service thanks so much to the owner who drove me back to the hotel while it was being repaired so kind and we were able to make the fair and the concert!

I have them 2x to get the work done right and it still wasn't, went to pick up my key fab and they said they hope they could find it. I expressed my disappointment inf the pock marks, faded paint and paint wearing off and he started screaming at me telling me how much he works and dropping f-bombs directed at me. I am a small woman that paid him 1200 to put on a new bumper and paint it. The people in this place are riding a thin line of insanity and just bully you and don't stand behind their work.
