My vehicle wasn't towed until Monday when we were originally told Friday morning. Apparently there are too many different people to speak with and process through before the local towing service and these organizations aren't exchanging information appropriately. After being given a guarantee from the first several people I spoke with, we were rescheduled another 3 times. Maybe the people in the call center shouldn't give out a pick up date AT ALL. This might not be the towing company's fault, but it really threw off the rest of my car buying process. At pickup, the driver was very friendly and professional. I still received my quoted price for my car and he took good care getting that hunk of junk on the truck. I just wish the rest of my experience with Wenzel's had been so pleasant and easy.

Tried to open my truck for about 2 minutes and left. They didn't call me but called the insurance company to send out a locksmith, which is super expensive and not covered by insurance. 30 minutes later Insurance called another provider scheduled to arrive in an hour. They were able to open the truck in under 5 minutes. I'm sure McCanns has some great qualities but in a pinch I wouldn't suggest them for opening a locked car.
