After being given a guarantee from the first several people I spoke with, we were rescheduled another 3 times. Maybe the people in the call center shouldn't give out a pick up date AT ALL. This might not be the towing company's fault, but it really threw off the rest of my car buying process. At pickup, the driver was very friendly and professional.
