Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.

We saw great reviews for NOVUS glass so we gave them a call, to see if they could get us in within 48 hours-- otherwise, we were sure the cold would cause the full windshield to crack. (they agreed) They got us in the next day, and performed a wonderful job, you can't even tell where the rock hit, unless you look at it and knew exactly where it previously was! They were professional and great at the repair! As my hubby and I were in the office waiting area as they worked on our car, a woman came in with her vehicle to get a repair. They offered her a loaner car for a couple hours (glass needs to warm up before repair). As a female, I was taking notice of the utmost respect given to her. Many times auto shops seem to treat females with less respect than they do for other males -- not here! Epic job, awesome employees! Don't go anywhere else!

Luckily, I know enough about cars to know when that's happening, so I always want to pay special attention to let others know how auto shops fare. Dave and Pat get my seal of approval! 1. They're easy to communicate with. Whether through text, email or phone, I always know where things are in the process. 2. They give you rides to and from. And at least in my experience it's never been awkward or uncomfortable. 3. They do a thorough check. I came in most recently for an oil change and a check tire light. They not only diagnosed and fixed the problem with the light, but found another issue. I've had places do that before, but it was for upcharge services that I definitely didn't need, and they made me feel pressured. Dave and Pat let me know of at real issue in a pleasant, matter-of-fact way, along with all of my options. They even pointed out when I got my car later that my battery wasn't doing as well as it should and told me about how to go about getting it replaced for less elsewhere. 4. Their prices are fair. Like most people, I always worry how much I'll end up shelling out that I wasn't planning on originally. Dave and Pat makes their prices very clear before I agree--no "$5 for parts and anywhere from nothing to a million dollars on time, just depends on how long it takes." The cost is definitely fair. If you're looking for a kinda clean lobby to hang out in for an uncertain amount of time while people wearing matching clothes do something-or-other in the garage, this won't be your place (no major shade intended, but I worked at one of those shops for years, so trust me on this...). But if you want your car fixed by people you can feel confident in entrusting your keys to at a fair price, I suggest Dave and Pat's.
