Hi All, On Saturday the 30th of June I drove into Birdnow…read moreMotor Trade in Oelwein,IA. Here I was met by a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Cary Casteel. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for. My perfect vehicle needed to be a Ford Escape that was 4-wheel drive so I could make it to work through the snow drifts that Iowa loves to throw at us. He proceeded to show me the different ones that would meet my needs. Cary was very knowledgeable about the features and took the time to visit with me about each of them. During the test drive Cary actually let me sit in the back and drove me around so I could experience what my passengers would. We joked about it being like a scene from Driving Miss Daisy, lol. I made my decision that this was the place to buy from! While filing out all the paper work I met Jeremy Birdnow, he was very up beat and pleasant to speak with. I also would like to mention David Clayton, who finished up the financial end of this transaction. David explained in great detail about the warranty and what it included. He was also very friendly and made me feel very confident that I was making the right decision. To get to the point I feel this is the place to buy from if you are in need of a vehicle. They definitely treated me well! I will return!!!! Thanks Guys! I so appreciate how easy you made my buying experience. I now own a 2018 red Ford Escape... Diane Toussaint

I decided to place a request on Yelp for someone to give us a estimate on the repairs. Thirty minutes later I received an e-mail estimate from Elijah from Whitley Automotive. The estimate was more than reasonable and we brought the car to him to repair later that week. The job was done in a timely fashion and we went ahead and asked him if he could do an oil change as well. He said give him an hour and the car was ready to be picked up. We were very pleased with the work Elijah performed and the cost. To this day we haven't had any issues with the car what so ever. Gerald J. Cedar Falls
