When I picked up my car the entire motor cover was still off and the screws were scattered around and missing. To my surprise just now, like a year or more later, they just called me again saying the guy who gave me the excuses last time "cleared things up" and to remove the review on here... Not very good business practice So here is my new review, a bit nicer, but I'm still not happy that my interaction with them was nothing more than wasting $600.

TRUST. How much do you not only trust the people that work on your vehicle, but also trust that they aren't overcharging you for parts and service? I trust Ream Auto Body implicitly! Dale always greets me with a smile, no matter what the reason I'm bringing a vehicle in to him. He not only works on mine and my husband's vehicles, he works on all of our family's vehicles. Yesterday I texted him even before the shop opened because my son's car had died on First Ave and I was having it towed to his shop. He was ready when it arrived and wasted no time in trying to diagnose the problem and then called me to give me all of the information about the problem and how it would be fixed. After a 15 minute phone call with Danny and Ryan I couldn't stop looking at Ford Lightnings. My local Ford dealers didn't give me the same level of comfort, they had me sit in offices for hours while they "talked to their managers". I went to Junge, a 3.5 hour drive away from my house because of how honest and upfront they were and when I need another car or truck I'll probably do it again! Oscar helped me get everything set up in the truck, showed me how to use chargers, set up my FordPass account, plan my drive home, everything. I can't say enough about this dealership and how great it was dealing with people who actually care. This is my first Ford and my first EV. It will not be my last thanks to the team at Junge!

Very disappointing experience, particularly as a repeat customer who has brought several vehicles…read morehere over the years. The sunroof tint has had bubbles since the day it was installed. Because the shop is consistently booked and it requires a significant drive from Iowa City, getting the vehicle back in has been challenging. Before making the trip, I clearly explained the issue and why I was bringing the vehicle back. We dropped the vehicle off after work the night before, only to receive a call the next day stating that they would not warranty or redo the work because the bubbles did not obstruct the view. Whether they obstruct the view is irrelevant--the tint has had a visible defect since it was installed. What is most frustrating is that the issue was communicated in advance. If the shop had already determined that this was not something they were willing to warranty, that should have been communicated before I spent the time driving to and from Iowa City and arranging to drop the vehicle off the night before. I have trusted this company with several vehicles and given them repeat business because I expected quality workmanship and a company that would stand behind its work when there was a problem. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated otherwise. Losing a longtime customer over something that could have been handled so easily is disappointing, but after this experience, I will not be bringing another vehicle here.
