I ended up scheduling with Safelite and I had a fantastic experience. I called my insurance company to file the claim and they then transferred me to Safelite customer service. The appointment was a breeze to schedule and customer service was phenomenal to work with. Scott was my technician- he was very professional and thorough. There was a second person who worked on the windshield, but I never spoke with him so I'm not sure of his name. He did clean the outside of each window. I received a confirmation phone call and email, 2 reminder emails, and a text with Scott's information. I certainly wouldn't forget my appointment!
