TRUST. How much do you not only trust the people that work on your vehicle, but also trust that they aren't overcharging you for parts and service? I trust Ream Auto Body implicitly! Dale always greets me with a smile, no matter what the reason I'm bringing a vehicle in to him. He not only works on mine and my husband's vehicles, he works on all of our family's vehicles. Yesterday I texted him even before the shop opened because my son's car had died on First Ave and I was having it towed to his shop. He was ready when it arrived and wasted no time in trying to diagnose the problem and then called me to give me all of the information about the problem and how it would be fixed. There's never a convenient time for either. Our Mazda CX-5's front right bumper was side swiped or backed into by someone, likely in a parking lot. Boo. Thankfully this was just cosmetic paint damage and not something far more complex. I emailed Waln on a Sunday night and heard back from the General Manager, Emily, first thing on Monday morning. I drove my car to Waln, where I proceeded to receive a repair estimate in less than 20 minutes. There was no wait time, but I would encouraging calling ahead so they know you're coming. They have 3 bays designed specifically for repair estimates. Customers wait in their car or in the waiting room while their vehicles are being looked over. Once I received the repair estimate I took several things into consideration (age of car/current value/overall condition, etc.) and ultimately asked if there was a second option. Chuck worked with me and truly made my day/week/month. Jeff is uber talented and he, too, made my day/week/month. Based on my short, but excellent experience at Waln I can't recommend them enough.

I will not be happy if it's delayed another day. Very very disappointed. Ugh!!!!!!

When I picked up my car the entire motor cover was still off and the screws were scattered around and missing. To my surprise just now, like a year or more later, they just called me again saying the guy who gave me the excuses last time "cleared things up" and to remove the review on here... Not very good business practice So here is my new review, a bit nicer, but I'm still not happy that my interaction with them was nothing more than wasting $600.

The employee on the phone confirmed they had them, told me to come in as a walk-in, and said they'd take care of me. When they finally pulled up my name and order details, they casually informed me that the tires were completely out of stock. Zero effort to hold what they promised, completely wasting my time and forcing me to burn work hours for nothing. Extremely disappointed with Discount Tire's lack of organization and customer service.
