Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.

If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust--especially when others can't solve the problem--I highly recommend Hubbell's Auto. Honest, reliable, and truly knowledgeable. When I picked up my car the entire motor cover was still off and the screws were scattered around and missing. To my surprise just now, like a year or more later, they just called me again saying the guy who gave me the excuses last time "cleared things up" and to remove the review on here... Not very good business practice So here is my new review, a bit nicer, but I'm still not happy that my interaction with them was nothing more than wasting $600.
