I drove my car to Waln, where I proceeded to receive a repair estimate in less than 20 minutes. There was no wait time, but I would encouraging calling ahead so they know you're coming. They have 3 bays designed specifically for repair estimates. Customers wait in their car or in the waiting room while their vehicles are being looked over. Once I received the repair estimate I took several things into consideration (age of car/current value/overall condition, etc.) and ultimately asked if there was a second option.
