Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.

There's never a convenient time for either. Our Mazda CX-5's front right bumper was side swiped or backed into by someone, likely in a parking lot. Boo. Thankfully this was just cosmetic paint damage and not something far more complex. I emailed Waln on a Sunday night and heard back from the General Manager, Emily, first thing on Monday morning. I drove my car to Waln, where I proceeded to receive a repair estimate in less than 20 minutes. There was no wait time, but I would encouraging calling ahead so they know you're coming. They have 3 bays designed specifically for repair estimates. Customers wait in their car or in the waiting room while their vehicles are being looked over. Once I received the repair estimate I took several things into consideration (age of car/current value/overall condition, etc.) and ultimately asked if there was a second option. Chuck worked with me and truly made my day/week/month. Jeff is uber talented and he, too, made my day/week/month. Based on my short, but excellent experience at Waln I can't recommend them enough.

Last week, I took my Subaru in for an oil change at Mt. Vernon Road Tire. One of the mechanics stated that I needed the left front wheel bearings fixed. He didn't charge me a dime for his time! He also explained how the industry is fraught with putting the almighty dollar ahead of customers. I could have been out $700. Upon taking it in, it was a routine check in/drop off procedure. They got back to me the same day, but here's where they won me over. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went). The point is that these guys could have easily gone the "shady auto shop" route and charged me for something the warranty covered, but instead these guys were honest. My car is fixed, and these guys saved me $600. Will definitely recommend them

I went to Junge, a 3.5 hour drive away from my house because of how honest and upfront they were and when I need another car or truck I'll probably do it again! Oscar helped me get everything set up in the truck, showed me how to use chargers, set up my FordPass account, plan my drive home, everything.
