The Assistant Manager got me the blades but didn't install them as advertised on their windows (granted they were short staffed). The reason I won't go back though is the vouger language that was repeatedly used in front of myself and all the other customers. It appeared that the person the A. Manger was speaking to was a regular or friend but I didn't appreciate the salty words and find it extremely unprofessional. I've been to many Napa stores and have never had either of these problems. Also O'Reilly's were much spender than I expected.

I seriously was in this store 6 times back and forthright trying to fix it. After getting the run around from a local mechanic. I came back in looking to fix the sensor on my tire. They got their tools out and literally tried to fix it themselves. They went above and beyond. I'm seriously mind blown at the kindness of this store and their employees. I will definitely be coming back. This was more than customer service this was customer care

We took it over and the kid argued with my husband saying it came in that way. We insisted he had messed with the plugs. John told us he would do a compression test and make sure it wasn't something they had done. When he was finished he told me my car was basically junk. $1,000 and they could make it run for a year or so. I said forget it, and parked it and for the most part haven't driven it. My husband went out today put in a new battery and 70 bucks in plugs and wires and it works like a champ. Not only did they lie and try to squeeze money out of us but they also made no attempt to fix what they messed up. I will NEVER go back for another $85 oil change and highly recommend no one else does either.
