Bryan at the service desk said they didn't have our size in stock but could get them much later in the day. He didn't want me and my family (with two young, impatient boys) to have to wait all day so he directed me to Tires Plus across the street. The price he could give me for tires if we would have waited was as great as everywhere else but instead sent me where it was better for me and not the company.
