I was told that he would be asking his sales manager the questions I had and would get back to me shortly. 24 hours later I asked for a sales manager and was told the truck was sold. Any way I test drive the car and when I was talking to the manger I told him no body even mention the problem from all the people I talk to ( so he answer oh you the one get on the flight and show up and my acc manger telling me you on the flight . ) at that point he's so rode to talk like this ( no body need a premtion to buy a car unless you hiding something so I told him thanks and walk away , don't even west your time and buy any thing used from them they will screw you . I'm one very unhappy customer. While I understand that used cars aren't perfect and minor repair may need to be done. My long list includes front wiper, rear wiper, rear defrost, rotors, transmission, thermostat, etc on my 06 Trailblazer. I'm a student, so I can't just run out and fix everything that's wrong with it. Boy, they seen me comin! Only had the thing 2 weeks! So very disappointed and won't be referring anyone to them. I don't usually write for Yelp, but my usual venue doesn't deal with dealers. (Sorry) But I just had such a positive experience with Deery Toyota this weekend I wanted to be sure the word gets out. These guys are good! One of the worst experiences in road travel is having vehicle problems when you are hundreds of miles from home. I left home having just discovered a headlight out and figured I just survive until returning home. But driving through Cedar Falls, I realized that *both* lights were out, and I decided to take a chance on a dealership instead of just hitting a parts store. But Deery's service department took care of me as quickly as I drove up to the bay. I began to worry though, when the wait reached an hour. I found that they had tested the headlight replacement as a diagnostic and found that there was a whole fuse panel dead. And even the high-beam bulbs were not working. The tech spent *another* hour digging around under the hood and eventually found a bare wire that had shorted out - and in a couple more minutes all was well again. Of course in the meantime, my original high-beams had been picked up by the "garbage collector" and they had to leave the replacement bulbs in the vehicle. Mark pointed this out to me where the letters NC - no charge - appeared on the bill. Yes, it was a little more pricey than a simple bulb replacement, but not unreasonable for the assurance that my Camry would be running properly for the rest of the trip. And all the time spent in the waiting room showed me a dealership that cares about its customers. Keep up the good work, folks! And thanks! read more
